Been a long time? Is there some sort of communication problem here? It has been 4 days and TWICE i have told you my situation(premature twin babies and a nanny who is out of town) and that it would be a day or two.

Where is the confusion on this? You have not sent anything, you are not out anything. It has not even been a week!
