Thanks. I found that many of the older players are very good about signing thru the mail.
Now that the NHL season is officially over, I would out the current players who did NOT sign for me. Some will not come as a surprise, but over all I think the list of success on this thread shows that hockey players are good guys and good signers.
Ok, here goes.....NON SIGNERS>>> (for me anyway)
San Jose Sharks ----------------------- Craig Rivet Scott Hannan Patrick Marleau E. Nabokov Kyle McLaren
Minnesota Wild ------------------------- Mikko Koivo Martin Skoula
Red Wings -------------------------- Tomas Holmstrom
Toronto Maple Leafs ------------------------- Nik Antropov
Canadians ---------------- A. Kovalev
Boston Bruins ----------------------------- Brad Stuart Glen Murray
Peguins ---------------------- Maxime Talbot Sydney Crosby
Oilers -------------- D. Roloson
Washington Caps ----------------------- Alex Ovechkin Olaf Kolzig Rick Nash
Chi Blackhawks ------------------- D. Savard
Tampa Bay Lightning --------------------------- Evgeny Artyukin Vincent LeCavialier
Phoenix Coyotes --------------------------
Yanic Pereult Owen Nolan Mike Ricci Keith Ballard Ladislov Nagy
LA Kings --------------------- Trant Klatt Mattias Nordstrom Oleg Tverdovsky Rob Blake
Canuks --------------------- M. Ohlund
Anaheim Ducks ----------------------- Ryan Getzlaf JS Giguere
NJ Devils ------------------------ M. Brodier Zach Parise Paul Martin Brial Rafalski Barry Tallackson
Dallas Stars -------------------------- Antti Miettinen Sergei Zubov Jussi Jokinen
NY Rangers -------------------- Fuhgedaboutit-all of dem bums.
Hurricanes ------------------
E. Cole C. Stiman R. Whitney
Sabres -------------------- T. Vanek
Islanders -------------------- M. Satan J. Blake
Blue Jackets ------------------ Gilbert Brule
Please keep in mind that this is just my list. They may have signed for others and just didn't like my letter, never got the letter, or whatever. I know some of the guys like Crosby, Thornton, and Ovechkin get loads of mail, so I wasn't expecting to get anything back. I also understand that some of the guys listed were traded during the season, but I just postd the players under the teams they played for when I sent the letters.

Yeah, I sent to Roloson and Lowe in February, and still haven't received a response. You never know, though!

QUOTE(JasonS @ Jun 11 2007, 04:26 PM) Tony Granato signed c/o home address in 3 months time. and Bill Dineen signed a Parkhurst Missing link card c/o hame address in 17 days. Jason, Congratulations on those successes. I especially like the Bill Dineen. He was a terrific coach for the WHA Houston Aeros in the 1970's, a team that taught me how to watch and love hockey. On a side note, a friend of mine used to play in the Sharpstown youth hockey league back then and played against another Dineen, future NHLer, Kevin. Even back then, that kid sure could skate!
