I have been in contact with the authorities in his town.

He has to this point not produced anything to anyone within that box break!

At this point he has breached his contract with you all and committed a felony in the law's opinion. Interstate Mail Fraud! it is a punishable crime!

I need all members who have lost money on this deal to forward scans front and back of the cancelled checks shoing payment to this individual.

If the problems with this member are not rectified by Friday 8/24/07 I will instruct everyone how to proceed.

Im tired of these types of actions by members of our community and this type of behavior is not going to be tolerated any longer.

On a related note...

I previously indicated this, but sales should be posted for each and every transaction that is taking place to support Team Box Breaks. That way, the transactions are documented and members (both sellers and buyers) can be held responsible for their end of the transactions.

At the moment, I'm only seeing one transaction posted in reference to this Team Box Break.

In the future, please don't make purchases from any other member without documenting that purchase. By doing so, we'll greatly increase our chances of avoiding this type of situation and will have full and proper documentation to deal with any issues.

i received today, according to the break i had BRONCOS( my choice) EAGLES (his choice,random) i received 2 broncos and 5 jets? tossed in loose and shipped in a bubble mailer. hey i got something, crappy but something shipped on Aug 15 good luck to every body else. can every one list there received to check the hits of each box? and i paid cash (not no more)

I recieved 6 elite and 2 atrificats. 1 elite was a insert zoning commission and 1 artifactes was a rookie cowboys and steelers

I received yesterday. Cards were in a bubble mailer, but sent unprotected. No penny sleeves, no top loaders, nothing. What a rip. Luckilly, my cards weren't damaged.

Got the hits I was promised, a tatum bell artifacts jersey and I think a Chain Reaction elite #'d to 1000 of Roy Williams, but am still incredibly disappointed.

So, to document, that was 2 of the hits.
