Configuration: 12 boxes per case, 24 packs per box, 5 cards per pack

One of the most anticipated football products of the year, 2010 SP Authentic Football delivers three autographs in every box with unique content that has never been produced on a card before. Look for autographed BCS Championship patch cards and SP College Pride autographed patch cards featuring all the top players past and present!

Please note that there will be at least one "A" level Rookie Authentics auto patch card or veteran sig per case from the following list:

- Jahvid Best
- Tim Tebow
- Jimmy Clausen
- Colt McCoy

Break Summary: (on average)
Get three (3) Autographs in every box!
- Including one (1) hard- signed autographed memorabilia card!
- Look for unique, ALL NEW BCS Championship and SP College Pride autographed patch cards!

Now to the boring stuff!!
Here is how this and all my other breaks in the past have worked:
1. Once all spots are filled I will create transactions and begin accepting payments (paypal preferred)
2. Once I have received payment from everyone we will conduct the draft (draft order will be determined by random.org live on ustream) and I will order the case/boxes.
3. I will provide periodic updates about the estimated time of arrival for the case/boxes as well as the time and day I expect to break into the case/boxes.
4. I will break the boxes/case live on ustream and will have the break filmed (thanks to my wife) and posted on youtube shortly thereafter. I will also posts the hits of each box in this thread as well as scans.
5. If any cards are represented by more than one team they will be randomed off on random.org. However, first preference goes to picked teams vs. random or drafted unless the random or drafted team was unable to chosen. If a card has a player pictured in a jersey for a team he used to play for the card belongs to that team. Whatever team is pictured will get the card. Even if the patch or jersey is a different color than the team pictured. If the card shows the player in his college uniform whatever team he is currently playing for in the NFL will get the card.
6. Also I take great care of the cards from the moment I pull them out of the pack. If any of your cards are damaged when you receive them I can guarantee you they were like that when they were pulled. I try my best to examine the hits when I first pull them out so the owner will know it was not something of my doing.
7. If the product contains an enormous amount of base cards I will ship out three duplicates of each. Any cards #'d higher than 100 will be shipped in team bags along with the base cards. Any cards #'d less than 100 and autographs will be shipped in penny sleeves and top loaders. Any jersey/patch cards will be shipped in magnetic protective cases or extra thick top loaders. All of these items will then be placed in a bubble mailer and shipped as soon after the break as I am able to manage.
8. If you would like a delivery confirmation number on your package(s) all you have to do is ask. I will state however that I have shipped out over 200 packages so far and every single one has been received by the correct owner. That being said, I still understand if you would like to take the extra precaution.

Okay, I have some crazy news. If we can get this break filled by this coming Monday morning I can lower the price of this break considerably. Right now it is at $77 for returning members and $79 for first timers. If we get this filled by Monday morning I can do $62 for returning members and $64 for first timers.

Let's make this happen. Talk about getting a higher end product for a great price. Who's in??

If you join the break between now and then to try and get the good price and it doesn't fill I won't consider you obligated to stay in. So no pressure but let's see how fast we can get this thing filled!!

Each additional draft spot will cost $32 for everyone. This will give you another shot at getting the Rams or Broncos or whatever other team you would like.

Maybe I didn't word the last post correctly. Sorry for the confusion. I was giving everyone already in the break an opportunity to purchase additional spots in the draft that will take place once all spots are taken. So for $32 your name would go into the list of draft positions to be randomized once all spots are filled. I hope that makes sense. If not I can try to explain it better. Let me try it this way. Let's say you had 1 picked team and 1 drafted team. If you wanted 2 drafted teams you would pay an additional $32. I hope that helps. If you would like additional draft spots let me know and I'll put you down.

So are you reducing the # of picked teams then? Hence right now there is expected to be 16 picked teams. If I took two draft teams, then there would only be 15 picked?

Yeah, exactly!!! The more additional draft teams people purchase the less picked teams there will be!! For every two additional draft teams purchased 1 picked spot will be eliminated.

I've got you down!! Thanks for joining!! We have 1 extra draft spot available to those already in the break for $32. I will give everyone a couple days to decide if they want it and if no one takes it I will grab it for myself.

So as soon as all payments are in we can start the draft. Here's how the draft will work. For each draft spot you have your name goes in the draft list one time. Once all names are in the list I will do a live video on ustream where the draft order will be determined. The list will be randomized on random.org a total of three times. At that time our draft order will be set and I will post the results in the thread and whoever is 1st will be on the clock.

Hey, just wanted to give everyone an update. The seller of this case is the same person I bought the certified case from for the break I did last month. Everything went smooth with that transaction, he was able to give me a good price and at that time he only had 1 or 2 negative feedbacks on ebay. I recently checked his ebay account to see what else he had for sale and he now has 16 negative feedbacks within the last month. People have been filing for refunds and all kinds of paypal claims. I know this is not what you guys wanted to hear but I wanted you guys to know everything I do. I'm still hopeful that maybe this guy will get things turned around in time to come through for us. You can see that he had an excellent track record up until the end of january which unfortunately was after I had already purchased the case.

If you guys have any feedback or suggestions along the way let me know. The good news is that I still have your money in my paypal account so if I have to do refunds it will not be an issue. Bad news is that I put the money on my credit card so we could lock in the low price that may end up being too good to be true. I guess it's up to each individual if they still want to go ahead and pay with the hopes that everything will go as scheduled. Like I said earlier your money will not be in jeapordy. If you would still like to wait until we hear something further that is fine. I have sent a message to this ebay seller asking for an update and about all the negative feedback he had been receiving lately. We'll see if he makes any effort. Sorry guys!!

I will wait it out. I have never had any issues with you, except for one - I've been mad lucky in most of your breaks and then you left TCC for quite a while. Don't ever do that to me again.

Not Good. You know these aren't coming. We have (assuming everyone pays, spot & drafts) $1024 in it right now. OC has them for just under $1100, Blowout would match the price probably. Figure your shipping etc and lets see how much more you would need.

It's time to file a claim now! He will not be getting any product for you. This happened to me and I got my money back but it took a little bit. You need to cut you loses on this one and look for another source if you want to keep this break going. I'm still in, as long as you secure another case from a reputable source. Let me know.

I have opened up a case against the seller on ebay. More and more people are posting negative feedback for him. He's now up to 50 in the last month. I am asking for a full refund. If I haven't heard anything in the next 8 days I can call back to ebay to escalate the claim. I am still trying to decide what to do as far as the break goes. If we decide to stick with this product we will probably have to back to the original price of $77 per spot. I hate to do that but the only way I was able to do such a cheap price was because of the price I thought I was going to get the case for. If you guys want to switch products we can. If we leave the price the same we can shoot for a case somewhere between $850 and $870. Just let me know what you all think.

Sorry again for all the mess. It was out of my control.

I would not wait to escalate the claim. Especially with negatives and claims happening.

I have had this happen with pre- release sales before. I filed and was able to get $ back.

Alright guys after getting feedback from most of you I have locked in the price and commited to purchase the case from northeastsportscards for $1080. I will probably end up losing money on this one but after everything that you guys have been through on this one I'm just appreciative that you stuck with me. I truly believe these guys will be a reliable source for this and my future breaks as well. I am hoping to use them exclusively to avoid these phantom ebay sellers. So if you guys want to start sending in those payments whenver you can we can get this thing back up and going.

We will have 18 draft slots.

I posted earlier but I will restate here: Draft order will be determined via a live feed on ustream by using random.org. The list of 18 names will be entered in as it appears on the first page of this thread. I will randomize the list 3 times and that will give us the order.

This product is scheduled to be released on February 22nd, which is this coming Tuesday. I don't know exactly when that means the case will be in my hands but as soon as I receive a tracking number I will post it in this thread. Right now the website for northeastsportscards is being revamped so I have to send payment through the mail. First I have to transfer the money from paypal into my checking account. I will give you guys updates as soon as I know anything.

Just thought I would let you guys know that I finally got my refund from the scammer I bought the original case from. Well it didn't come from the seller but ebay refunded the full purchase amount. Looks like my marriage might last a little longer after all!!

I will also be creating transactions with everyone within the next couple of days. I have made the transfer of funds from my paypal to my checking account and I should be able to mail payment to north east sports cards by the middle of next week!!

While we are waiting for this case to finally release, does anyone have any products they would be interested in doing for future breaks. I have a couple ideas of products I think look interesting but wanted to hear from you guys before putting my 2 cents in.

I have never tried to do any of the higher end products so I was thinking about maybe doing a case of national treasures for my next break. Right now the case costs 1600 on blowoutcards and adding in for shipping and paypal fees I feel like I could do $114 for 1 picked and 1 drafted team and $57 for additional draft spots. Obviously the prices may vary a touch but nothing significant. If you guys think this sounds like something you might be up for let me know. I know it's a little on the high side but I guess that's how it goes for the cream of the crop procducts. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Yeah, the guy from northeast sportscards told me I could wait to send payment until closer to the release date. He should still have payment by the time the product releases on thursday. Also, regarding the transactions, I have noticed that some box break hosts are waiting until after the break to create the transactions. Just wondering what the best policy is for transactions.

Generally, most group break transactions should occur no later than day of break.

There is definitely some conflicting information out there. I would imagine that the case would be to me probably 2 days after northeast ships it. As far as when the product release happens..who knows. I will give you guys updates as soon as I get them myself.

The main reason payment wasn't submitted until earlier today was because I only transferred $1000 from paypal to my checking account so I would have some left over to pay for shipping supplies. Since the case cost $1095 I wanted to wait until my wife's paycheck went in on March 1st to guarantee that the check wouldn't bounce. I'm sure everyone knows that the end of the month can be kind of tight with bills and everything.

At the most, the case will arrive one day later than expected. The guy from northeast sports cards just emailed me that the case would be ready to ship either wednesday or thursday. I appologize if the case gets to me a day later than it could have.

Dude, it seems like a shady operation where you purchased the cards. Who ships a product without receiving payment? Plus, they don't take credit cards or have a website? I would suggest in the future you buy from a reputable dealer when so many people are counting on you to deliver. Can't wait to see that tracking number!

I really don't think that north east sports cards is a shady operation. The seller has been in constant contact with me as we have sent probably 15 to 20 emails back and forth. They do have a website: www.northeastsportscards.com. They are currently working on a new checkout program for the site. I would be absolutely shocked if this place doesn't come through. I have done many group breaks in the past and out of every place I have purchased cards I have been the most satisfied with the communication from this guy. I realize that communication isn't the only thing but it goes a long ways.

Okay, here is an update. I have done everything possible to get in touch with these guys but haven't had any luck yet. I have sent Josh (the owner of northeastsports cards) 3 emails, including one about 10 minutes ago, I sent them a message on their ebay account (which has a very good feedback rating by the way), and I left a message on the phone number listed on their website. I still very seriously doubt these guys are scammers but I don't really like being kept in the dark. Going by what Josh told me in an email the case shipped 2 days ago meaning there is a chance it could arrive at my house today. However, without a tracking number to verify this I would be hard pressed to ask off from work to sit at home and wait for this case that may or may not be coming. I don't want to disappoint you guys though if the case does come today and I'm not there to sign for it. Lastly, if these guys do turn out to be scammers I will still see this group break to the end but my group break hosting days will likely be done. This is too frustrating!! I realize that maybe it would be best just to always go through one of the big boys like blowout or atlanta or some other place. You guys can rest assure that I am a very honest individual and will do whatever is necessary to keep you guys up to date and will try to smooth this out the best way I can. I'm sorry for all the turmoil.

Okay, so finally something from the seller. I actually just spoke with him over the phone. He is currently in madrid, spain. This would be why he hasn't been answering his phone or returning emails. He told me that he would be sending me the tracking number via email in a couple of hours. I guess he is on a business trip and his time is kind of crunched. Hopefully I'll have some more information for you guys later.

Alright, so here's the story. I asked off from work just after lunch on the off chance that our case would arrive today. I got home started typing on my computer and low and behold mr. ups man pulls up in my driveway. BOO-YAH. I guess Josh will be emailing me the tracking number sometime later today but that doesn't really matter a whole lot right now.

Here's the deal. Last time I used ustream to do the draft order for this break I couldn't get the sound to work. I don't want to have that problem again for the actual break so I will be trying a couple different things to work this problem out. If everyone is on board I am fine with doing this break tonight!!! Me and the wife are meeting my sister and her fiance for dinner tonight around 6:15. I will try to be home and ready to start the break around 9:00 pm ET. (if that works for the majority)

Please feel free to leave suggestions or comments. Thanks again everyone for sticking with me on this one. I really do believe that these guys will be a good source for me to get products from in the future!!!

Just a quick update for everyone. I have the base cards sorted and have the hits scanned onto my computer. Will be working on getting the scans in this thread at some point today.

Cards will be going out tomorrow. I wanted to get them out today but I had some technical difficulties. If anyone has an answer to my problem feel free to say something. I was trying to use the usps website to print shipping labels but I don't have a machine that weighs the packages. I couldn't find a way to print the shipping label with a dc# without having to enter the package weight. I'm going to talk with someone at the post office to see if they can tell me if I was doing something wrong. If they aren't able to help me I will just use the dc #'s from the post office, although they are more expensive. So I can guarantee your cards will be shipping out tomorrow.

Yeah, I'm probably going to buy a cheap scale at Wal-mart or something. By the way I shipped the cards out today and I will be posting dc#'s in transactions shortly.
