The TCC Collector Zone Transaction Manager generated the following agreement:

aceecards receives:

Kobeyashi A&G auto (the hot dog killer)
Brady RC from Fleer

IowaCubs1 receives:

Mickey Mantle Triple GU #/18 from 2006 Topps triple threads

This card has visible damage in the cutout section of the #5
Iowacubs knows this damage exists and agrees to this trade. It is normally against my principles to trade a card with damage but Iowacubs has been adamant in his pursuit of this card!

He agrees to relieve me of any and all liability regarding the condition of this card he has requested! and will state such in his agreement to this trade!

Additional notes:

If for any reason he is unhappy with the Mantle card once he receives it in person , I will be agreeable to a return and reversal of this agreement

Both parties will use Delivery Confirmation !
