My son bought a card at a hobby shop. It was a Fleer 2003 Byron Leftwich Mystique. The back of the card says "Promotional Sample" on the back of the card. What does this do to the value? Is it worthless or worth the same as a regular card?

Keep trying to bring this for a few views! I have broken three boxes and a bunch of packs and still don't have a few cards. Anyone who can help would be very much appreciated. It is for my son who is 8.
