i am pretty sure i know the Answer but what if someone is drafted by 1 team then traded to another team shortly after and you pull a auto of him does it go to the team that drafted him or the team he was traded to.

Good question, but it'll go to who drafts him since it is, "Draft Edition". I'm not really seeing that happen this year, but if it does, that's how it will go.
