Ok, So I am ready to try and tackle this
We need to get the rules set. These rules will be updated as things pop up.
1. Members MUST be able to pay once we achieve our goal. Do not join if you are not going to be able to pay upon completion.
2. Only one non serial numbered card may be submitted unless 1 member submits multiples. This will keep any confusion as to whose card graded what. (ie If I post that I am submitting a 2007 Topps Chrome Adrian Peterson RC, no one else can submit that same card this round. However, I can submit as many as I want of that card.)
3. Payments will only be accepted in the form of Money Orders (Checks on case by case basis). This will help to reduce fees. At a 100 cards, this will be well over a $1,000 transaction.
4. Members must submit a full list of what cards they are planning on submitting. Once a list has been submitted, please do not edit it. If you wish to add more, please do so in a separate post. I will use the second post in this thread to create a list of what will be sent in for grading by member. The list must include the card details as well as the value of the card.
5. Cards should be mailed in the suggested Semi Rigid Grading sleeves. If you dont have any, I will ensure that I have some in stock. Please ensure that you add extra funds to cover the proper sleeves.
6. Each member is responsible for the amount of insurance he/she wishes to claim for their cards. If you declare $2000 in value, add an additional $20 for insurance, etc.
7. The host will provide all tracking and updates as they are available.
8. The host IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for cards received damaged, so ensure that they are well protected.
Costs are as follows:
20 Day:
100+ $9.00 per card
31-99 $10.00 per card
Certified Autographs cost an additional $2.00 per card.
