After having a family discussion tonight my oldest son has decided to stop collecting and my youngest son is wanting to start collecting comic books. I don't have the time to do it by myself so I'm selling everything. Would love to just sell everything to one person. Cards equal up to a little over $1200. All incoming cards can't be included because it's against policy here to sell something you don't have in hand. Those cards should be here by the end of the week. So if you want to make an offer just PM me. Don't really want to part it out because it would take forever to do so. 1) Nice collectible belt buckle of Dale Earnhardt Sr in the #3 Goodwrench car.
2) Super Bowl XXIII shot glass Bengals vs 49ers
3) Bank check from 1900. It has a R164 2 cent documentary tax stamp with a battleship on it. The check looks to be written out to Lindsay State (the last word I cannot make out - I think it says Border). The check is for $394.35 which would (using an inflation calculator) be $11,895.29 today. The date the check is written is October 7th, 1900 and was paid by the bank (stamped on) on October 16th, 1900. The signature looks to be A Hansen which should be Andrew Hansen - the Vice President of the bank at that time. A very interesting piece of history here.
