What I'd like to do with this particular topic is
find out from our members their thoughts concerning the
system, our performance (or lack thereof) and the
general state of the site.

Please let us know what we can do better, what
needs attention or any original ideas to enhance
the hobby and the site.

Guys, what can the Content and Graphics team do to make TCC better?

If you've got an issue with someone, deal with it. There is no need for belittling or sarcastic remarks towards members (especially coming from team members).

This has been a great site and I've enjoyed my time here. There are some great members and some great Mods around the site that I enjoy interacting with. However, there's a flip side to that as well.

To me, I feel something has changed since Bob has not been able to be around like he used to be. The site doesn't have the same "atmosphere". There seems to be more bitterness and animosity between members and CZT. I honestly feel some act/respond differently knowing Bob isn't around to reprimand actions.

My first year 1/2 here, things were fun, the site was fun. Team members were humble and friendly and didn't come across as if they has some sense of entitlement. It wasn't all a bunch of politics and regulations. Just collectors in a community enjoying the hobby. I think this site has gotten away from some of that, or maybe it's just me.

Bob is missed, that's what I'm trying to say.

I agree that it's not the same once Bob hasn't been around. I think the problems we are having are just growing pains, we have developed a lot since I came here and with Bob not here, there isn't one person who we could all relate to. The team is doing a great job and we are (and have) been aking things better

Both the Teams and all members could benefit from Bob's direction which we used to take for granted.

First of all

I commend all the managers! Everyone is doing an outstanding job in my opinion and just keep rolling.

Heck yea Bob is missed, He is an integral part of the community and his involvement or lack of lately is a huge hole for all of us who enjoy his company!

Thirdly

I wish to commend people like urbanmonk and finestkind and so many others who continue to fight thru the mundane tasks of keeping transactions updated and things right in that are of the community. Their efforts go largely unappreciated by the majority of the community!

Fourth and final point

I disagree with any comments that claim the "fun" of this community has changed. Maybe the attitude of the individual has changed or the patience of an individual has changed, mine changes daily! but the community as a whole is still fun, still exciting and still exists as one of the safest bastions of all the trading card oriented internet forums.

There are many members who's company I miss ie Aaron, Charlie, George. There are others who I dont ever care to see again ie randallcards, mouthslammer. But everyday I'm here, I check in, I discuss, I trade, I stay involved, I CARE! If each one of us continues to CARE then our community will matter!

CARE is a major responsiblility that doesnt always come with a pat on the back and a smile, sometimes it comes across with stern words and disciplinary actions!

To that effect Id say that is a great definition of the CZT Team and its leaders , THEY CARE!

I somewhat agree. I had problems on this site about a year ago, which are similar to what you are complaining about. Do I think there was some bitterness toward me last year from some people, yes. But there is a point where one has to look in the mirror and check out their own actions to see if they could be at fault also. Im not implying anything towards you at all, I have no idea about your situations, Im just talking about my experience with a similar problem.
