Welcome back to the High End FB Group Break for 2012! We have to wait one more month for the real big boys to release but we have a couple new ones to choose from in TTT and Supreme. I'm not a huge fan of either one due to the limited hits and high price point but this might be the time to try them since they're just out and as I mentioned we'll move on to bigger fish next month so this may be the only chance. Please submit your opinions!

In with my teams. I was hoping that case of Exq. that was left over from the Big Break would make it into this one. I have a good feeling about that case. My vote on the second product would go to Supreme.

I am predicting I will be shutout this month, but I am in with the Rams.

If we have to choose between the other two, I'll go with Supreme. I've seen enough of the Triple Threads football to not be impressed, which is disappointing since 2011 Triple Threads baseball was so good this year.

If we are going to lower the bar from NT/EX/F* then I'd like to see the product offer something different and triple treads and supreme dont do that.

No on card autos and 1-2 patch cards per case.


How about a master case of Certified 11?

The Autos are on card, they put patches in the product and the small box size means we still get videos. Rookie on card and vet/legend sticker makes for a huge checklist and with all those quality hits even the iffy teams will have a shot at something big until the last pack The price just dropped for the first time this week. I really think this would make a fun 1 monther until we get the real stuff.

I'd rather stay away from Supreme. Are we against doing Limited or LCM? What about more Absolute? There hasn't been any 2011 products that have wowed people, but as a group (not the case breakers group), we haven't really tried much of anything.

I am considering loaning out my two teams this month.

My vote is no threads or supreme. Neither are high end IMO. I say stick with 08 or 09 EX or NT for another month and hopefully we can see some high end 2011 stuff.

We used to do 3 years of HE products and now this seems like 1 year (2010EX) with 2011 filler. YUK! ???

I think it is only 1 year because 10 Exquisite is so expensive. It is leftover from the original Big Break, so I think we are stuck with it.

Yeah we used to get some of those products like 07 and 09 Exquisite for around $1000-1100 but now most of the newer stuff is around $1400-1500 which takes a bite out of the budget.

Nothing is in stone as I never had bought the 10 Exquisite case from the Big Break so that can be changed too. I am still open to anything but I do think we should continue to represent 2011 in some fashion whether it be Supreme, Limited, TTT, Absolute, etc.. None of it is super high end but we've always done this in the past where we get some of the mid-high range products involved until the big stuff comes out in Feb and March. My .02 but I'm totally open on this one if there are other suggestions.

I'm very happy with the '10 Exq. and would be happy with the Supreme simply because we're going to miss it in the other group. As Chris pointed out, this group has always mixed in some of the mid-end stuff before the big stuff comes out and Supreme would mean some more hits to spread around. Having said that I'd be happy with any NT added other than '09 and using any extra funds for a box or two of Supreme.
BTW has anyone else seen the previews for '11 NT? The RPA's look amazing. Let's hope Panini steps it up after last years let down.
