DC says:

Acceptance, December 21, 2009, 3:31 pm, FOREST HILLS, NY 11375

So that is the day it was processed thru Sort Facility, as it didn't get scanned when mailed, so really hard to say when it was mailed as holidays and all.
I have had some not get scanned until they out for delivery also.
