Trying to clean up this thread a bit (to prepare for a new contest): My 4th Contest was: OK this will be my 4th contest I've held. I may continue this thread and just forget about individual threads (it gets difficult trying to find them again for reference). For my first 3 contests they were the typical guess this number of the serial number on the limited #d card. The list of winners from my contests past: List of past winners: First Contest - skimog (Darren) 2nd - Stlouisrams1600 (Alex) 3rd - Packers247 (Scott) This contest will be slightly different. First there is no set prize, I will simply send the winner(s) some random cards of their favorite NFL team (or players if I have some). First check out the 1975 Wonder Bread Football set in my bucket. Next notice that there are RED and BLUE borders on these cards. The first person to post the significance of the border colors wins. I also have a few duplicates from this set let me know if you want some of those. I have dupes of 4 different cards (3 of them I have 2 dupes of) This might be a quick contest. Good Luck! CaptKirk42's 5th ContestIn celebration of my 150th TCC Transaction, which is coming soon. Contest over, winner is fitchjr1 (See Post #51) I was going to make the contest guess who would be my 150th trading partner, but that could too easily be anticipated by people watching my number of transactions total. Instead of that The contest is this: Guess the favorite Baseball and/or Football team of my 150th Partner. Dang I'm making this difficult even on myself  The exact combination would be totally difficult to do so whichever of the two teams is guessed correctly first will be the winning entry. This of course will totally get messed up if my 150th transaction is with someone who only does Hockey or just Basketball. UGH. Anyway I won't know the answer to this contest until I have reached my 150th Transaction. It must also be my 150th completed transaction so if I have a couple of transactions in process it will be the one that makes #150. I will have to keep track of this very carefully I guess (with the help of the Collector Zone Team). If I can't determine exactly which transaction was #150, then I will choose from the guesses for the closest two transactions. There will actually be two winners for this contest, the person who makes the correct guess first in posting order on this thread and the person who I make my 150th Transaction with. The Prize will be cards from the winners favorite team, and maybe some unopened packs of something or a retail Blaster or two (product to be determined later) Please only one vote per sport, you can vote for both sports or just one if you like.
