So I have been a member of TCC for a little bit now and I figured I have been in enough groups that it is time to start my own this will be its 14th month. I have been in crpalmi's breaks, srslychris, and chadb1733 for a while as well as many random breaks held on TCC. I also have ran three or four case breaks with Exquisite and National Treasures. All very successful.
The format for the break is as follows:
EACH TEAM WILL BE $50. The products will be from 2009-2011. Getting rid of 2007 because so many redemptions and not many getting honored. It looks as if we know have a webcam so breaks will be done on ustream, I will give the link or info on how to get there before the break.
Here is where there is a little twist, many of TCC breaks after the spots do not fill up some teams go for much cheaper to try and fill.
I will be trying to fill all the spots, but around Oct. 14th. I am going to close up the teams and all members in the group will be put in a list on random.org to determine an order. Your name will go in for as many teams as you own. Anyway the remaining teams will be drafted by the list determined and teams will go for 20 dollars a team. You get every hit, insert, or numbered card for the teams you own. Also if you decide to pass during the draft you will not be able to pick up any additional teams after the draft.
The boxes that we will be cracking will be mid end with some higher end coming in here and there, I would like the group to help me determine the product list that way you pay for hopefully the product you want. Thinking UD Premier, Playoff Contendors, Elite, Classic, National Treasures, and Absolute. This is not a solid list as I will listen to all ideas.
All products purchased will be thru blowout cards and they said they will work with our group and give us even better prices. Thanks blowoutcards.com
Transactions will be set up after the group is closed. All cards come in a plastic sleeves and toploaders for extra protection and will be shipped with DC.
Randoms will be done after the break is finished with the team owners going into a NT box and i pull one out if there are two people. If more than two I put names on back of blanks with numbers on front and someone watching live guesses the number and that person gets it, unless one of the owners has a majority of the teams.
