Exactly why I opened it up to BEST OFFERS!!! High BIN, helps bring in a more wider range of best offers....whats hard to understand about that? I'm not expecting $1000...if I was wouldn't have opened it up to best offers.

I received another legit offer (we'll call that offer 2, and we'll call the $650 offer 1), I countered (offer 2) to be a little more than the $650 (that offer 1) was offering. Well the offers where about 13 or so hours apart, and I waited and waited as long as I could to hear back on my counter (of offer 2) hoping they'd come back and counter me for more than $650.
I sat here and let offer 1 run down to the point that I had 2 minutes to accept, counter, or decline it. Not wanting to let the offer slip away from me...I accepted and sold this card for $650.
