Im gonna be pretty upfront with this card, it will most likely be going nowhere. Just thought i'd pull it out of my PC for ONE day to see what kinda stuff people would offer for it. Need around $400 CASH VALUE. Will sell for $375 if interested. Would be looking for 1-2 cards only. Just looking for offers

...yea You and I already talked about how how I bought his remaining collection off of him a few months ago. We already talked about his past deals and I already offered the best that I could do to rectify his past issue and then you didn't even have the decency to reply to me.

Please explain what I need to do at this point. We discussed the fact that you needed to handle resolving the failed transactions connected to the junior1023 account. On 12/25/08, you provided a summary related to those 4 failed transactions.

So, between 12/25/08 and now, have you contacted any of the 4 members involved in those failed transactions or do you believe that's my responsibility?

For example, http://www.tradingcardcentral.com/forums/?showtopic=145641 to view the failed transaction with 10alex10. Have you discussed that transaction with 10alex10? Based on 10alex10's response from above, I'm assuming the answer is "No".

Feel free to make this about me (as you've done multiple times now), but what needs to be done has been very clear for some time now.

Yea, I do believe its your responsibility to assist with it. You never once asked me to contact anyone. You ask "what can be done to take care of these transactions". I replied with what I could do to help take care of anyone that got wronged and YOU never replied. So yes, I am making this about you not doing your job as a moderator.

That's exactly the type of response I expected.

I also informed you repeatedly that you were not to make any attempt to enter into additional transactions until your pending transactions were completed. This topic (and multiple other posts) shows how well you honored that request.

So, the more I think about it... You're correct. I haven't done as well as I should have at my "job" as a "moderator". Your account should have been restricted the moment you ignored clear direction. Instead, I was attempting to give you the benefit of the doubt and provide the opportunity for you to show that you were serious about addressing the concerns that were raised privately. That was a mistake.

So, let me do my "job" now... You have 24 hours to contact all 4 members involved in failed transactions with the junior1023 account and work out a resolution. In addition, you need to provide proof that you've mailed your end of your 2 pending transactions. If these things don't happen, your account will be restricted to Current Transactions Only. Is that clear enough?

I have completed several transactions myself without issue. I have done nothing wrong. I'm joining the Army and am leaving for basic training this spring and was just trying to enjoy this hobby a bit more before I left. So please, go ahead and remove the account and I will stay away from this site. Thanks"

Feel free to make this about me (as you've done multiple times now), but what needs to be done has been very clear for some time now. In fact, I don't believe it could be any clearer at this point.

So, now that it will be impossible to claim uncertainty about what needs done, you decide to play the "poor me" game and say your leaving - without resolving any of the 4 failed transactions and completing your 2 pending transactions.

Hopefully, you'll decide to do what's right between now and this time tomorrow.

Yes, we will be canceling that transactions. 'Im sorry if that's an inconvenience. And to clarify, I was mailing first so THAT'S why you didn't mail yet. Also, the reason I did not mail your end (not my deal with rainmanb) is because Bob told me not to until my other transactions that were already in progress (aka mailed) were completed.

let me get this straight, lateralus brother junior screwed some people, and now lateralus has his brothers collection, and won't honor his brothers deals. i hate liars and thieves, and it seems lateralus is both, and running a scam on everybody here. low lifes usually get whats coming to them. if i misinterpretated the problem, plmk. this guy seems like a flat out liar. i'm not perfect, but i'm also not a thief. bob

i have joseph steiger jr as junior 1023 from a couple years ago. does anybody have his address?

I think you are 100 percent right on this one. I am not going to miss this guy around here. I think he was trying to pull one over on me too, buy since I didn't send, he doesn't want to do the trade anymore.

Looked like that would be my one shot at getting atleast SOMETHING back
for the trade I got burned on. Ive said this once, and Ill say it again.. but Lifes way to good to dwell on a piece of cardboard stolen from you... If lateralus feels he needs to do nothing, then so be it.. But I just dont know why people are low enough to go steal other peoples valuables on a public website built for sharing the hobby and talking about it.

Sorry you got duped brother. It happens to everyone at least once in this hobby, trust me. I wish folks valued expending more energy on doing the right thing as opposed to wrong things. Life for all would be be so much brighter and pleasant.

This is funny...I asked him to send first on a deal yesterday and he asked me why and I simply said because he has 3 completed deals...he has never responded since as I liked the Marcus Allen patch in his sig. Does not look like my gut was wrong on this one. Just thought I would share a recent experience.

If the people who have been ripped by his "brother" file a criminal complaint against him and it is justified, as soon as he hits the army he will be detained and booted out. I would hate to do it to someone, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.

i assume that his "brother" is actually him and he just duped a bunch of people....waited a few months and made a new name to try and do it again....this guy is just a loser and matters should be taken to a higher level
