The TCC Collector Zone Transaction Manager generated the following agreement:

crazygood receives:

Greg Olsen Artifacts RC
4 Decoy Cards
1/1 Decoy refractor!


tex333 receives:

Emmitt Smith Action Packed RC 1990

Additional notes:

The Smith card is packed with action.

The 1/1 Decoy is a red refractor just to be specific. All 5 will be sent with top loaders and penny sleevs. Also, I accept.

I'd like to complete these trades but we need to clear something up here. I'm sure you remember this trade:

I'm sure you also remember that you "forgot" to send, but didn't want the transaction to go on any longer and up your average (or whatever). I decided to honor your request and say I received the card just to complete it, based on your promise I would receive the card. Now, I know this is my fault for saying I received when I didn't, and if you so choose you can just say I am full of crap and there's nothing I can do about it. But you and I both know you owe me that card, so I ask that you please send it to me.

As for these deals, before you went on your vacations, you told me you had sent numerous times. You also told me you sent me a card for spending 2 hours making a banner for you, which I also never received (not important). But the point is, I will not send you anything until I receive these cards AND the card from our past trade. If you choose to deny not sending the Parrish card, I will agree to fail these trades.

At this time, it's clear that neither member fulfilled their part of this transaction. However, we'll leave this transaction open while the apparent side issue is resolved.

Therefore, based on a review of crazygood's complete transaction history, his restriction is now adjusted to Must Send First.

This restriction will remain in effect for a minimum of 10 completed transactions and as long as is needed to show that the past transaction issues will not be repeated.

Sorry for being able to update for a few days. On Monday, there was flooding in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. My car suffered some damage. I was not able to get to the post office until today. Both ends of both transactions were enclosed in that package. the DC number will be posted later tonight when I get home.

I received the card from our old trade and also the cards from these two current deals. I've been trying to get his address from him for a while now since I feel he should get his cards from me since he did end up sending mine, but he has refused to give me his address.

This one is up to tex, I suppose. I will have no problem sending his cards if he gives me his address.

Thanks to both members for coming together and helping to close this transaction as complete, despite the numerous issues early on. I trust that all of those issues are now behind us and we can move forward without further issues.
