I received the cards today and I must say that I am very disappointed. In my thread I requested cards only from 2000 to 2006 and out of the combined 250 cards that u were to send me between our 2 trades only 52 were from 2000-2006. All from 2004 Topps actually. And of those 52, 90% of them were doubles and triples of each other! What am I going to do with NINE David Segui cards that are all the same? or seven Luis Matos cards that are all the same? and then u send me 5-6 cards each of every Oriole from 1992 Score, 1991 Donruss, and 1989 Fleer? I thought the funniest was the ELEVEN 1992 Score Ben McDonald's. I sent you plenty of decent cards and this is what I get? A bunch of junk? I know for a fact that I sent only a few doubles, maybe one or two triples of cards, but for u to send every double, triple, quadruple, etc that you have? That's just wrong man. Where did you learn to trade?

Have you already received your end from both this trade and the other one? I'm just trying to determine if you've already seen all of the cards or just the ones related to this transaction.

I am not sure what type of response that you are expecting.... I never read where it was different cards that were being requested... I have most of my cards by sets, not by team so it was not that easy to pull...
I am sorry that you are unhappy with what I sent but it is as stated....250 Orioles....

From that topic, to which you replied, this can be found:

I am willing to trade 1 for 1 for every team card that I have. I collect Baltimore Orioles, Baltimore Ravens, and Dallas Cowboys, only from years 2000-2006. So if I have 50 cards of a certain team you collect, I would like 50 cards from any of those 3 teams that I collect.

Based on this, I can understand why DrAg0n has voiced this concern. So, what type of resolution would you propose at this point?

How about I find and ship another 100 Orioles in those years and ship them to him to satisfy both trades... He would then have 350 instead of 250 and I would be fine with that... I misread the beginning of that post as above it mentioned like 84-06 cards but that was referring to what he was offerring, not what he was wanting

I would rather have 250 different cards than what you already sent me, mainly because I already have almost all the cards u sent me but also because there are just too many doubles, triples, etc for me to have any use for... so could you possibly find 250 different cards (no doubles) from those years (2000-2006) and I will mail the rest of your Braves plus the 250 Orioles you sent me back to you.

I am not going to take the time to find an additional 250 different cards to satisfy that... There were just as many Jeff Treadway carsd in mine to and cards that I already had... I was just looking to swap team for team... I think that my offer is more than fair but will bump it to 150 with no more than 2 of each from 2000 to 2006 to put these trades to rest. You got 50 or so from 2004 already, why are you trying to send those back too??

probably because I already have everyone from that set. But I didn't expect to get 6 cards each or more of every player all over again either.

I don't even know who Jeff Treadway is, but after I Googled him I see that he played for the Braves from 1989-1992, and I KNOW that I didn't send that many cards from those years, so I think u are mistaken... most of the cards I sent were late 90's, and there were very few doubles. Yea I know u were looking to swap team for team, but maybe next time you should actually read the kind of cards I was looking for. And nobody in their right mind sends 6 to 11 of the same card in a team or player trade unless it is requested.

I am not able to do that as I have already sorted and split them up into my colllection. There is no way to tell what you sent anymore.. We can cancell the second trade as you have not sent anything on that one....

I have go to say enough is enough....I have over 1000 online trades and have never run into someone that has been so rude and inconsiderate of others... I have offerred numerous alternatives and you act as if you sent gold...I had a couple of Braves lots that I combined...I have 500,000+ cards, so to try to knock me and say the non $.05ers are yours is a joke...

So rude and inconsiderate of others? You send me a bunch of crap cards (that took 18 days to get here I might add) and think I'm the one being rude? I don't think so, especially when I sent you about $100 value in cards and you sent me $22 value in cards. I've never run into someone like you either, someone that sends me 254 cards with almost all of them being doubles of each other. Want a complete list? Here it is:

JUNK, that's what you sent me. And I didn't deserve it either. I mailed promptly and you got the cards very quick. But you never mailed. You apparently waited to see what kind of cards you got and once you saw they were better cards than what you were sending me you loaded up a box full of doubles, triples, etc instead of taking the time to go through them like a good trader would do. Then without a care in the world (about 2 weeks into the deal) you finally mailed the cards on February 18th, this trade started on February 3rd!

So why don't you sit back and take a good long look in the mirror when you want to talk about rude and inconsiderate. I don't think you would be too happy if you received this box of junk in the mail after you sent out 4 times the value in cards to the other trader. I mailed you 100 cards and have 150 left to send, and just 70, thats right 70, of the remaining 150 cards book for $33.00. That's more than your 250!! I have never met a trader that just doesn't care what the other person gets as long as they themselves are happy. You truly are a selfish person and it's sad to see that you are part of the trading community. With over 1000 completed trades you'd think you'd be a little bit nicer when it came to dealing with someone and giving them what they ask for. Plus I asked for cards from 2000-2006 and you either didn't pay attention or you just didn't care as long as you got what you wanted. I highly doubt that you have over 1000 completed trades anyway. I don't think traders would put up with you for very long.

I went back this AM to specifically see what was left from what you sent...I have 79 of the cards still in the box...I had taken out the Chipper, Andruw and Galarraga cards....they are the ones mixed in with my others... I will ship back these 79 cards and then you can keep the 254 cards and call both trades done....As 50 of the cards I sent were in the time frame that you requested, those should make up for the 21 missing along with the 200 others. As to your other accusations above, they are not worth the response.....I am not here to sling mud, I just want the trade resolved and this behind us both.

Ok. After reading the other trade, it appears that we're all on the same page. This trade will be closed as complete and the other trade will be closed as a failed transaction.
