 I had turned in Willie Brown Auto Patch card, without the patch in the card, to Donruss amonth ago. Donruss would slow to respond to my emails every week asking about my card. I mean, you drop that kind of money, you want things to get fixed ASAP. I know I know, I'm 1 out of a million customers. But, a customer service rep myself, you have to keep all your customers happy. So, I was so ticked off the other night on getting another generic We'll notifiy you when we have your card. Thanks Blah!Blah!Blah! You guys know the drill. So, I decided to find the president of the company out. Got it. Ann Powell. Call and leave a message of how disappointed I am and that I know I'm only 1 customer. NEVER thinking she'd even listen to the thing. She calls me back at 7pm after she got home. Her dogs barking in the background as she is listening to my issue on the card. She says email her all the information that I sent, letter, reciept, picture of card. Next day, she emails and follows up with a call. You will be very happy. Fed-exed a new box to me. My replacement card is the Jurgensen triple SHOE autograph card 1-20. WOW!!!! Sorry so long. Just wanted all to know. Keep your head up.
