It's time to roll out the next big product which is 2011 National Treasures! We will run this break the same as we did last year which is to run a two case break. Please confirm your teams as soon as possible and remember that you can retain your team going forward with Exquisite next and then 2012 products to follow so you may want to keep an eye on the draft board for nice pick ups. Also obviously NT is loaded with vet hits so some available teams are looking pretty good!.
Team assignments below are taken from our most recent case break group so please let me know if you are adding, dropping, or changing teams.

We can't wait any longer so deadline for unpaid teams is tonight. I have emailed EMT a couple times and haven't heard back so his teams are in jeapordy. If I don't hear back I will be claiming the Broncos but the Ravens will be open.
Here's what I have for back-ups;

Steelers - Yzerisdaman
Looking for a taker;
Ravens
Eagles
Looks like we're good to hold the break Friday night so we'll need to hold the draft starting tonight at 9pm(ct). Depending on takers for the Ravens and Eagles we may be in need of one more draft slot taker. Deantap would be in and while KPit1978 offered to take a 2nd I prefer to only give one draft slot per team held. If no takers then KPit will get the final draft slot (if needed). Hope that all makes sense! Also, it looks like we won't cover the extra box of 11NT so I'll have to wait to see how much we have left over to see what else we can add. Good chance the extra product will have to be done later as I don't know what to order if I don't know the budget.

Just heard from EMT and he is still in so the Broncos and Ravens are covered. Just looking for a taker on the Eagles and we should be able to start the draft. If no takers by tonight then we'll add the 4th draft spot in Deantap and we'll start the draft right away.

Bwaggy is taking over the Vikings on loan for this one. We ended up with about $260 extra in funds which is not enough for any NT box and because I didn't know how much we'd have I wasn't able to order a product yet. I will order tomorrow when weekend prices hit and I'll get 1 or 2 2011 products on the higher end if possible. Any suggestions?

Blowout has Plates & Patches going for just $119 (down from $150). IMO thats a good get at that price. They list just 3 remaining at that price though. Also, they have Absolute currently selling for $122.

I like the product (I always like NT) but I'd have liked to see some more big RC names. The best hits were vets with the three #1/1's and the Emmitt and Barry autos highlighting the group. Would have liked more RC Auto Patch cards as well. Overall I give it a thumbs up but interested to hear others opinion.

Lots of rookie premiere "worn" and pro bowl jerseys. Lots of redemptions. The Sanders, Emmitt, Steelers etc vets were on the manufactured patch/pleather stuff. As you noted, incredibly deep rookie checklist (Scott Tolzien?). Overall not impressed FOR THE PRICE. I miss the 2006 version with real veteran GU, logos, tags, buttons, helmets, facemasks, etc....

BTW, I don't think they were the best cases, but overall I like the product and the potiential for some nice hits!

Two cases and not so much as a base card....sigh. 2012 products can't get here soon enough for me.
That being said....I agree that I wasn't that impressed for the price. The rookie selection is terrible and the checklist is waaaay to deep when two of your hits are going to punters. I hate the fact that they have taken the ugly Timeless Treasures faux leather autos and moved them into a $400 product. The HOF autos are nice but would have been nicer to be on-card, but I think the yellow material used was meant to resemble the HOF induction jackets. Overall, some very pretty hits from some very weak players, but at least there were a few nice hits and 1/1's delivered.
Oh yeah....the amount of redemptions was ridiculous, but totally expected from Panini.

Yeah...I was getting excited after the box with the two #1/1's but it just didn't take off after that like I hoped. Still, I like it.
Ed, as for 2006...after crunching numbers I think we may be seeing 06NT in the monthly High End break as 2010NT is just a budget breaker. That thread should be up soon (I hope).
Still lots of teams available in our off-site NT break as well if anyone is still interested in joining us and a few open in Bwaggy's 2 case break as well.

Agreed...it's obvious that they are cutting corners with the crazy-deep checklist, pro bowl GU stuff, pleather/manupatches and copious amount of "NFL Gear" cards which I am sure are cut from the zillion jerseys worn at the rookie premiere. This is a great product at $200, and OK at $250, but a real mess at $400.

I can tell you that the Bills were the first team on the proxy list that I sent to Chris. I almost never seem to hit on the Eagles. I still remember the two case break of Limited Chris ran...one base in 30 something boxes.

Thanks again Chris. I like the looks of the product (minus the transplanted Timeless hits as Joe pointed out). Dissapointed in the lack of RPA's. Went from about 2 per case last year to what looks like only 1 per case this year. Great when you get them but how would you like to spend $400 and get 5 Rookie Gear cards like box 4? As always with Treasures it's great to see more than just a couple Hof'ers on the checklist and I would be very happy to see some '06 NT in the upcoming break.

I know...I keep waiting for a release date but there has been no news. I just posted on the website the details on the 2012 Prestige 2 case break so that may end up to be the next break with the release scheduled for June 20th. I'll get a thread up here next weekend or so if there's still no news on Exquisite.
