thats what I thought, but i didnt think it was a 1/1... I know the AP they pulled was a 1/1 out of the box, but the Payton/Piccolo I thought wasnt....idk.

Yep, our good ole' friends from Beckett opened 2 boxes of 07 Exquisite back when the product released and pulled the dual cut and AP 1/1 RPA parallel. There was a huge uproar 3 years ago when they pulled both of these cards on camera. Glad that the general public had zippy chance of pulling the two best cards from the product...
