Auction until we reach time limit. Desired amount $1550. There is a 2 week deadline on bids. If the case does not reach the Case price plus fees and suplies. I reserve the right to not hold the break.
All bids must have a $5.00 increase. Starting bid per 32 teams is $10.00
When we reach the suggested amount or a 24 Hour warning is
give before deadline , no bids will count after deadline. Paypal prefered
for payment but will take other forms
Break Rules
1. Duals, Triples, Quads To be Randomized (Owned team advantage)
2. Cards Scanned immediately following the break
3. Cards go to the team printed on the card
4.Cards will be shipped Within 48 hours of completed break
5. Cards are sleeved, Toploaded, ETC
6. Randoms done live on www.blogtv.com
7. Breaking live on webcam www.blogtv.com
8. Transactions done threw TCC.
ALL ITEMS WILL SHIP Within 48 hours of completed break with
delivery confirmation, this Includes shipments anywhere.

I might be wrong but is a goal not a reserve. With this being an auction style group and having a goal or reserve plus a time limit treats it just like an auction. If you go over the goal that's good for the person holding the break but at the same time if the host falls short of the goal and he chooses to hold the break like a second chance offer and takes a hit that's on him. I bet we won't see any ? If the host takes a hit and he does the break. Maybe its better that that the host just says that there is a a goal or reserve and not say what the reserve or goal is. If I am wrong on this please let me know. I am just looking at it from a auction side of things since that's what this group break is.
Don't forget all the factors case price-shipping-Paypal and the host time. Ifthe participants don't have a problem paying through the mail the break would be 4% cheaper.

Well, I'd just like disclosure one way or another. I run a monthly break, so yes, I understand that shipping, fees and the like factor into it. But regardless, it should probably be spelled out how different scenarios will be handled.

$1500 Case price.
$60 Paypal Fees
$50 (EST) Shipping
$25 Supplies
Break will cost us $1635
$1550 is the amount I am comfortable taking a loss on to make things happen. In order for a 16th box we need $1735 and so on for more boxes.

Just saying... I doubt you can return your case to your LCS or whoever you got it from at this point, but going forward you do another limited break, Blowout Cards has cases for just over $1250!! That'll help get much more product in the break for sure....

I am gauging intrest in my next break. I'm looking at 2 options.
1. 1 case of 2012 Five Star.
2. 1 case 2011 Five Star and 1 Case of 2012 Five Star

2. I would be down for a Multi-Year case break of Five Star~!! That would mean more teams would be sought after, and more strategy in the bidding since there are so many good teams between the two years! Also, if you contact Chris from Blowout, you could get a case of 2011 and 2012 together for like $2450 or less I bet!!
3. I have your total for all bids at $1280, not $1270 currently... So that's $10 closer to the $1550 total!
4. I love these things. I hope I can get the Jets in every one of these things you run

Thanks for the reply Matt. The case of 2012 is already ordered at the presale price. I'm waiting on getting the 2011 untill I see how many people would be in for it.
