If these legislators were so concerned and vested
in the Defense of Marriage, why not outlaw divorce?
The Governor of Florida, Rick Scott may well, have to form yet
another legal defense fund.

This country CANNOT be run based on a persons personal views stemming from religious ideologies.
I'm tired of my tax dollars being wasted on this type of non sense. Kudos to the two republican judges who had the brass to stand up to their cronies and admit this is a civil rights issue. So often partisan ideology interferes with constitutional interpretation. The arguments made had no merit based in law but pure prejudice.
We as a country cannot afford to let Religious/Political views affect court cases. The irony is amazing.... I guess the republicans "Small Government" talking point can only be applied when it suits them. How can the government have the audacity to tell me who I can and cannot marry and what to do in my bedroom?
Boehner and those teabaggers never stood a chance. Anyone who thought they did needs a reality check because they are stuck in the past. Again, kudos to the Republican Judges. I close with this:
Gay Marriage vs. Interracial Marriage: Why is One a Threat & Other a Right?
Yes, because two people wanting to love one another is so much more an abomination than two trying to kill each other.
