Not only does the QA suck. You'll prob have to wait 2-3 months before you can get anyone to help your. I sent almost a whole box of damaged hits from an 08 SPX box I got for Chrismas on Jan 17. Still haven't heard from anyone. I've even sent 3 follow up emails with no response.

If this is considered gambling than the local hobby shop would be considered a casino. I think the formatting has a lot to do with it. As long as everyone gets to pick at least one team than it shouldn't matter.
