Status of this transaction is that he is waiting for another box of cards to be shipped to him for another break. I agreed to wait for the other box break so that he could ship all the cards from both breaks together to save a little money. He stated the other break should be happening today (09-19-2008).

Have not received cards yet said was shipping on saturday then said he shipped them on tuesday. been almost a week figured they would be in mail today. if they are not here tomorrow what is the process of a complaint or what happens I have never done this before?
