I believe she comes back again in book 5 to help out Harry from the Dudleys in the very beginning. But I can't remember. I know Mad Eye Moody helped him...

QUOTE(northicehero99 @ Mar 28 2006, 07:04 PM)
Hard to say.  The Gretzky cards I have seen have been wood, but that is not to say he did not get a different sample stick from a stick manufacturer, used it once, did not like it and it ended up at UD.  He originally used Titan sticks quite a bit through the 80s and they were wood with a fiberglass edges to give it flexibility.  This peice is definately not from that style stick.  In the 90s he used Easton sticks which I beleive was the aluminum shaft with the wood blade insert.  It could be from those, I have never really seen one of those so I am unsure.  The thing that looks funny is the centering on the card.  And the funny blue line down the middle.  That does not look like I would expect.

He had an endorsement deal with Hespler in the mid-late 90s actually. tongue.gif And that piece of stick might be from a Hespler, they had some wierder designs.

Stopped by my card shop today, and picked up 1 pack of UD trilogy hockey, and 2 packs of UD S1.

trilogy:
#23 Joe Sakic
#3 Sergei Fedorov
Honorary Swatches-Steve Yzerman all red, but hey, its Steve Yzerman, so thats OK. wink.gif
#21 Tumo Ruutu
Rookie Premiere # 197-Ryan Suter

UD S1:

Pack 1:
#9 Kari Lehtonen base RC?
#57 Geoff Sanderson
#12 Niclas Havelid
#110 Denis Arkhipov
Shooting Stars Matthew Lombardi all red
#109 Jordin Tootoo
#53 Jody Shelley
#32 Bret Hedican
#172 Martin St.Louis
Hockey Scapbook Nikolai Khabibulin

Pack2:
#73 Henrik Zetterberg
#131 Dominik Hasek
#18 Sergei Samsonov
#126 Jaromir Jagr
#37 Mark Bell
Shooting Stars Sergei Fedorov all blue (worn in 1996 all star game)
#67 Niklas Lidstrom

BV wise, i might not have hit the jackpot, but with the S1, i nailed it. Got both GU hits from that box. Picked the last pack and the first pack.

Him and mario are different players. I put him in maybe the same category as wayne. No statistically, but the way they play. Sid is more of a playmaker, and mario was more of a goalscorer.

Acey, you are just the Crosby man.  You do not collect him do you?  That is why you keep getting him.

Nice breaks.

Also, is your Raycroft a RC, and did you get any other RCs?  I thought those boxes had like 3 or 4 a box.

No, im the MVP crosby man. tongue.gif. Main set rookies are 1:21. I really liked this product. GU are nice looking, 4 serial numbered cards, base cards are cool too.
