It seems like it has been forever for new products to come out aside from 10-11 Victory which is not really something that interests me.

Been picking up other things and working on some sets from the last few years, but it feels like it has been a long while since I opened any hockey.

I have pre-ordered 2 boxes of the 10 Panini Certified hockey, but the release date was pushed back to October 22.

It looks like a few things will be out next month with these releases:
UD Artifacts expected October 12th
UD Series 1 expected October 16th
Panini Score expected October 20th
Panini Certified expected October 22nd

As usual I will probably get a few boxes of UD S1, but UD products have gotten "stale" to me with the same inserts like All World Team (seen this the last 4 years with the same players) and noticed the picture of the Broduer GU card, the swatch looks dime sized in comparison to the whole card with lots of empty wasted space. Not sure on this one, but will try a few boxes.

So what products are you anxiously awaiting this year?

With Hockey Season Starting up Im really wanting to get my hands on some new products !

Really a bummer that Panini hasnt got anything out yet.

Certified looks really cool and i was thinking about getting an 8 box case even though that maybe a little crazy and expensive to pull off.

Donruss Hockey which comes in November looks pretty cool especially the subsets like Tough Times, Icekings, Les Gardiens, and Fans of the Game.

Also I always like Artifacts.

Ah I cant wait for the Season and the New Products!!

can't wait for artifacts to come out--always a great product but i've found myself looking for ITG products every year and have enjoyed there selection of great prospects and veterans.

Guessing he won't ship until the 1st so likely looking at the 5th or 6th before we recieve, I thought about a road trip but I think I can wait.

Me too. Also saw some decent pricing on ITG Ultimate 8th at $438 a box on DA and thought that was a pretty good price $85 a pack basically. Again though out of my range.

I love hockey, but I don't have many cards. I think I have some back in Wisconsin in a storage unit (I'm currently living in Nevada), but I bought a super pack (or whatever it's called) of 2010-11 Victory cards at Wal-Mart the other day. It had some Red Wings so I was pleased.

However...

I believe he is planning on delivering my 2 cases so.. Im sure yours can ride too and it eliminates two hours of drive and you get the aforementioned benefits still!

The problem with UM 8 and UM9 is the checklist for me..

Same tired ole dave keons and a bunch of undrafted rookies! You know Im very very loyal almost beyond fierce when it comes to Dr P and ITG but I bought UM 8 and did somewhat ok (dual stamkos/Tavares atuo) but I couldnt get 50 cents for the rest of it!

HOWEVER..

UM10 looks to be one of his best efforts EVER!

Sounds like a hoot. Maybe next year, the wife & I have been taking care of her 90 year old mother for the past 4 months, she's staying with us. She suffered some bad burns on her arm in June, I treated them daily for 2 of those months including ferrying her to doctors visits, after we got those healed she started having other health problems. I can't tell you how big of a burden it's been on our lives including my business & the wifes work but with help from family we've been getting by.

No, I have only bought that stuff once, split a box with a friend the first year. That was the only packs I ever bought. Eventually, I started picking up the single hits on the secondary market as nice ones could be found for under $20. Now some of those are even cheaper, so does not make sense to take that kind of risk.
