Collector Zone _ Ask the Experts _ Kobe Bryant US SP vital signs error card

Is this card legit? it has Kris Weems printed at the back, and i haven't seem Kobe signning in full for his early cards. But the autograph look real to me. I can't find it on Beckett as well. anybody seem one before and what is the print run?
