Obviously, this package went through an automated mail sorter when it should have been manually sorted.
These things happen.
patsfan52, I'm afraid the "monkey is on your back" in this instance. If insurance was purchased (good for the both of you), please let us know.
If not, I would suggest a
negotiation for alternative cards to be sent to duke74 . The only other alternative (at this point) is to fail this trade due to patsfan52.
Granted, this was not (from the evidence presented) an example of poor shipping practices or lack of effort on either traders part, nonetheless . . .
these things happen.

QUOTE(patsfan52 @ Sep 9 2012, 04:30 PM) i will give trader cards but only because im a nice guy,but your explantation is totaly wrong, they sent me 2 pieces out of a well sealed bubble package,it was torn apart or opened buy somone, and im not as you say responseable or monkey on my back, and who in their right mind insure's $10 worth of stuff,if i get a bad transaction because of this i will leave this site for good, you already lost some good traders because of od some mods rob Rob, I believe your missing the point. In any transaction, it is up to each member to see that their end is delivered. That is how it works. Yours didn't, due to the good ole' USPS. So, the expectation is that you make amends in the best manner possible. Your trading partner did not receive their end of the transaction, due to nothing they did wrong. Receiving a failed transaction due to this scenario, isn't the end of the world, as all details and information are available for the world to see. No one is going to judge you poorly for this transaction, IF it has to be failed. All that being said, I suggest you re-think your previous comments, threatening to leave the site or inferring members have left due to some mods, does no one any good. So please refrain from the negative comments and focus on ensuring this transaction is completed in a positive fashion. Bob
