BREAK FORMAT:
-16 spots
-1 spot = 2 teams
-1st Team Chosen, 2nd Team Via Random.org
-$57 Per Spot
-Payment due no later than 5 days after break fills!
-TEAMS RESERVED AS RANDOM: LIONS, 49ERS, JETS

Due to the large amount of base veteran cards in this product, I will not be shipping out duplicates of the base cards, I'll only be sending one(1) of each player. I WILL be sending ALL rookies, and inserts. (Unless you absolutely insist on having all the dups, then I will be more than happy to send them to you)

I send all hits in top loaders/mag holders/screwdowns and all others placed in a team bag and carefully packaged in a bubble mailer shipped with delivery confirmation.

I understand people needing to back out from time to time due to unexpected circumstances. However, this seems to be happening a little much in this SPx break. It's not fair to everyone else who has committed to making this break happen. This is nothing personal or aimed toward anyone in particular, just feel like it needs to be said.

G, question for you if Crabtree does sit out are we going to rotate another team into the random or just leave the 49ers as one? (He may not be in future products)

Good question! if Crabtree does not sign by the time I post up the next break they 49ers will no longer be a random team. At this time I don't see adding another team into the reserved status as necessary and it will just be the Lions and Jets.

The release date for 09 SPx FB is not Sept 29th with is confirmed by Upper Deck. All we can do is wait! The boxes are paid in full, so we are just waiting for the product to release.

I assume it hits distributors tomorrow to get it out to the shops for Thursday release...so Balenac should get it tomorrow and to be by Thursday/Friday. (This is all my assumption based on how things usually work)

The break may happen Friday night (depending on if a recording session goes through or not). If I am in the studio Friday we could bust Saturday sometime around 4p or 5p CT or Sunday afternoon/evening.

I honestly wish this were true. I have not received the 09 SPx...I'm talking with Balenac right now via AIM. Here is what they said:

BalenacSports: I forgot to tell you that our spx football boxes arrived late, I don't know why, it happens about three times a year. Upper Deck didn't send us the boxes till the release date and we receive them on Friday.
BalenacSports: The boxes shipped on Friday, it arrives on Tuesday.
sketchflyer: ah ok
sketchflyer: I was going to ask about that
BalenacSports: Sorry about that, I was just told Friday, so all our customers will be receiving their boxes on Tuesday, it's a big headache for us
BalenacSports: Unfortunately since it's UD, there is not much we can do

That is the plan...but I hate to be the barer of bad news. I just came home from class expecting to see the UPS note on my door telling me a package is waiting in the office and there was nothing there. I went to the office to check just in case and they had nothing.

UPS still runs for another hour and 15minutes so here's hoping!

Perhaps you should take into consideration UD was more concerned with getting Exquisite Basketball out before Oct 1st to prevent any "sue-age" from Panini and SPx shipments got placed on the back burner
