I have been a racing fan for as long as I can remember, and my current favorite driver is Brian Vickers. In 2009 a couple of my friends, my wife, and I went to the August race at Michigan International Speedway. Brian Vickers started from the pole and ended up winning the race. On the card is a piece of tire that was used on his car during this race. Getting to see my favorite driver win a race, finding a card with a piece of memorabilia on it from the race makes this my favorite card in my collection, and every time I look at it brings back the memory of the great day that I spent at the track.

hey everybody. what you see is a 2008 olympics kobe bryant card. that year, the redeem team reclaimed basketball supremacy (in china, no less), and to commemorate that event, these cards were published locally by nike, with chinese inscriptions at the back. it isn't what you would call a high-end card, but it's currently my favorite.

This is my favorite one. The reason why is because I followed Tim Tebow all through college, and him never giving up and always giving his hardest and everything pushed me and made me do the same. I just love watching his football games and think hes a a great person. This is also my first card of tim tebow I have ever had so thats an even bigger thing for me

Anywho, christmas 2009. I received the card that Ultimately turned out to be the Ultimate cause for my Ultimate Collection obsession.. Ultimately

This was a present from my parents, I loved it for what it was then. I love it even more for what it represents for my personnally in my quest for all Ultimate Collection cards. Thois, to me, is the cornerstone and foundation of what, hopefully, one day be a wast and amazing Ultimate Collection.. collection

I don't know if the pic of the card in my avatar counts...but the 1979 Topps Dave Kingman is my favorite. I've always been an Indians fan, but the Indians radio broadcaster when I was young was Joe Tait, who was lso a Cubs fan, so he'd give Cubs updates all the time. In 1978, Kingman had a monster season with 48 homers, so Tait would always talk about Kingman, and he became my favorite player, and this was the first set that came out after I became a Kong fan.

It also is a geat shot...

Besides being my second favorite Chiefs player, behind Derrick Thomas, this was the first of any kind of auto I received. It's on card and personalized to me, saying "To Chris" in the upper left corner. My Uncle got this card signed for me as a Christmas present years ago.

I was between this and my 89 Barry Sanders RC... Being that it's not the original Sanders RC I pulled, I had to go with the Matt Ryan 08 UD Premier RC Quad Jsy/Auto /60

Back in my group break hosting prime, I was hosting a break of 2008 UD SP Rookie Threads. For the most part, the break had been somewhat lack luster throughout. It wasn't until the very last box and the very last pack that the Matt Ryan Rookie Threads Dual Patch Auto 1/1 was pulled... and I had the Falcons!!! This pull came about a month before Christmas and having recently moved to Nashville, TN, my wife and I were trying to figure out how we could afford to buy presents and make a trip home to TX. Well, that Matt Ryan pull was our ticket home! It wasn't easy, but I sold the card which allowed us to finish our Christmas shopping, make the trip home to TX and buy me the Matt Ryan card below.

I got this the first day i started buying cards again. I was happy as i could be finding this card even if its not worth a lot, it is my favorite.
