This seems to be one of the hottest ideas out on TCC. Going to do a case of 2006 National Treasures football break. this will be draft style where you sign up for what ever spot you want and after we crack the case you get to select your card from what is left. Everyone who signs up will get a card. I am putting the base cards in the draft as to the bottom 4 spots will be 4 dollars, there is maybe a chance that a base gets drafted earlier and you get a hit for 4 dollars WOW. anyway here is the draft order and prices. The break will be on youtube, unless I can get the web cam to work. then a new thread will be opened for the draft to begin. Payment through paypal and to help this break fill I will be taking a couple spots later where I need to fill in. Sign up now first come first served. payment due when filled

Blowout has 3 left at $1,075 per case see the link. I googled the item and found several online locations with the product at different prices, blowouts was the best.

it appears that this one will go by the wayside as well. all the middle slots still open. trying to crack some 06 with the group. I will probably try one other idea then open it myself and tell you the hits. hopefully the next one works. it will be a bidding case. each team starts pretty low, then when we hit the total the bidding is over and money will be due. but sticking with this for now.

waiting to see if people take the middle slots or not. if I can't fill more slots I am not going to be able to do this case at this time.

I too am suprised, but with the 09 NT not being as sweet as before maybe people forgot how sick 2006 is that is why I think and most agree NT is the best product exspecially in 06 and 07

I agree completely with what you are saying when it comes to 06 & 07 NT being the best product. The only reason this is having a problem filling and the only reason I haven't take spots 3 & 4 are because with it being an older product it is going to be [B]almost impossible for me to get a card with the 3rd spot that I could sell for $120 or probably even $80. Don't get me wrong these cases are usually loaded and it is possible but not likely. I know collecting cards isn't about getting your money back but knowing you are going to get the 3rd best card in the box almost guarantees you don't. See unless it is a horrible case you are going to get either a cut auto, nice 1/1, or a Very nice Patch HOF auto of some type. Sorry I was just trying to talk myself out of getting spots 3 & 4 because 2006 NT is probably my favorite product and if spots 1 & 2 were open I would have taken them both but knowing I don't really have a shot at a cut or a 1/1 then I am going to have to pass. Maybe next time and I hope your break fills.

SO YOUR SAYING THERES A CHANCE. also when reading I am sure it is just a typo, but you get the third best card in the case which would probably be the best card out of two boxes probably untouched. for about 1/3 of the price of the box you could get a sick card or 300 and get a weak box. JUST MY THOUGHTS

Yes there is a chance. I totally understand what you are saying like I said I am trying to talk myself out of getting the 3 and 4 spots. I guess I am the type of person if I am going to spend money I want a chance to get the best hit available and with the 3rd spot I am guaranteed the 3rd best card not a chance at the Best card in the Case. I totally agree with you when you say I would probably get a sick card at the 3 spot and for the fraction of the price, but I am a gambler and would rather spend the extra money for a chance at the case hit and a guaranteed 7 cards. I wish I ran my own breaks because I would do exactly what Kencope has been doing run all draft style breaks and get the case hit everytime. Instead of having to spend all the money for a case yourself to get the case hit you can spread it out over 20-30 people and drop the cost for yourself and still get the case hit. I am not complaining so don't take this wrong I definately think you guys deserve it because I wouldn't want to go through the hassle of running a group break with all the money issues, breaking, sorting, Pming, and shipping involved just sounds like too much to me. I think it is genius because you get the case hit no matter what for a fraction of the cost of a case. Little financial gamble at a chance of pulling a huge card!!! Well sorry to ramble but if you ever have the 1st slot open in any case break I will take it no quetions asked so mark me down!!

cases are starting to disappear. lets not let it get like the 07 NT. they are so hard to find and if you do it is near 500 dollars for one box. yikes. only few spots left instead of debating about taking spots I need a few more to disappear. I do not mind taking a few extra we are close come on Team lets pull together.

also going to tweek the format a little and raise spots one and two and lower some others. spot two is still claimed, but I do not know if they want to keep after the raise I do have someone waiting for it though so no worries about that spot being open.

If I can get rid of 4, 6, 7 or others equaling similiar value I will anounce the date of hopefully cracking the case. I will not open the case until all money is recieved though. Only a couple more this is close to being go time.

this is the cheapest these spots can go for if you are interested and can pay by the weekend come on in.

to answer the above question as soon as all money is paid the case will be opened. the last three spots were spoken for so know I am just waiting on the rest of the money to come in. sierrasdaddy said today he could pay and redbird said he sent it yesterday. He is the only one that is not using paypal, so once everything is here we are good to go. I would love to break tommarrow night as to it is my birthday and I would love to use my birthday mojo on this case.

The break will be Friday night and it will be on youtube video. It should take five video's. the first will be me opening the box from blowout which should have the sealed case inside. I will be doing a dual purpose video in the first one as to I need to introduce my mojo bringing fantasy trophy that my league members also need to see. then video's 2-5 will be a video for a box.
Then as stated earlier I will open a new thread with all the hits listed and links to the videos as well. I am going to try to load up pics of the hits as well, but that is no garuntee. Would like to start the video's when my camara wife gets home from work hopefully 5PM eastern time. If the time changes I will update.

I am going to walmart to get one of those THINGS. the flip camaras that you upload video to youtube on. the only thing I was able to access was ustream, but the video looked so bad I grabbed a card from my pc and you could not see the patch or anything. anyway this will work. I will make a check video first. then the real deal. it will work. I am putting a time on it of
8PM. i will try to be sooner as I am not going out for my bday dinner, because of this issue. I will figure it out and this will go on tonight. just know I am giving it my all and shocked my camara will not broadcast to youtube, it did less than two weeks ago. oh well off to walmart, I WILL BE BACK SO SO SO SORRY, just know that I am not trying.

I am making a four minute video on my digital camara and seeing how long it takes to upload. as long as it works this will be great, because it will be a saved file that can always be loaded. only problem is battery is weak so might take a few minutes between the boxes. we are getting close I know it because I am getting nervous again for the MOJO.

Great news the TEST worked. it takes around ten minutes to load I will paste link when its ready. up next me opening the box hoping to see the case and open it so video's of the four boxes are short as possible. and we are off.

Some decent cards in this case but no JAWDROPPER-I'm sure the top couple draft spots are shaking their heads a bit. Deep draft though so I think Draft Slots #9-14 will benfit from this case the most.

I agree. The one seed is going to blast in the other case on here. the cards did go much deeper than I thought and that is good, also no redemptions and overall a great time to be had by all. as I said before I will start the draft thread soon.
