Just wondering if we can start a BGS GRADING Submission group here at TCC, a 100 cards at $7 a card, any thoughts if it can happen here?

I think you could Mark, I made some trades from Russia, Sweden and Hungary, maybe 3-4 weeks tops to get them, if you do a couple of cards, and send them here to the states ,we can send them back, How much does it cost Brian to mail your box break cards and how long does it take to get to you? Anything is possible

I think the biggest thing is getting someone from TCC Staff to tackle the job of collecting them from the members, mailing them to BGS, collecting cash to send and recieve the cards, then mail back out to the members, which we split shipping cost too and from BSG with insurance, but pay ahead the cost to ship it back
Im looking for any input to this subject, Anyone?

Roughly $9-10 for a package, but there are more cards in his package due to six teams. It would probably be the around the same due to the weight of the slabbed cards.

So about $15 round trip? I know that its $2.85 to ship 3 graded cards in the states, so it might be less than that.

Personally, I think you're asking for trouble in doing this. There's always going to be at least one person who doesn't approve of the timeliness or way something was shipped. You have to also deal with issues if a case is cracked or gets cracked from you to them. Then you have to make sure everyone pays on time, don't back out, etc.

Not trying to rain on your parade cuz I think in theory it's a great idea. One that I've thought about trying to do in the past, but because of the above decided not to. Wish you all the best, and again please take it as just my two cents. Not trying to be a jerk or anything.

No worrys, any input on the topic is great, its a good idea with the Submission, but like ya said, bound to have some trouble, and there would have to be some set rules, and options with insurance, add it or dont.
Think this would be a Submission for members that have a Good Trader Rating who will follow through with the submission and respect the rules that apply and understand the site or the submitter are at fault for the Grading or mailing back to you damage, insurance is your option, and you pay up front, no cards will be shipped till payment is in, cards are in.
This could work with everyones help, and more input like yours, you where thinking about it some point, we got two now on the subjuct!
I'm with a Submission group right now, and on my second Submission of cards, should have them back by Nov. And I was pleased on how it runs, my first set of cards was a smooth transaction with everything, it would be great to have one here, there are great members here and think it might work out.
And again this is only a suggestion from me and is not my site, but I would be first in line to be in it and be involved with starting one, just need one member of the sites team , collect money and cards like the box breaks, I get bubbles mailers from work, have 10,000 of them I can donate, lol!
