If that's the case, Daze_fan should be receiving the cards very soon.

Daze_fan,

Please let us know when that happens as well as the postmark date on the package that you receive.

Thanks,

-Bob

Will do Bob. Nothing today.

Posted by: Daze_fan Mar 8 2008, 07:39 PM

Still Nothing.

For the $ amount you kept adding to ship, then accept paypal ( which was too high for the fees in the first place) I figured I'd have these in less than 2 weeks.
I even had to email you to ask you to respond that you received the paypal.

Either get me my cards, or send back the paypal (the exact amount I sent you) or I will file a claim with paypal.

Posted by: Daze_fan Mar 8 2008, 09:56 PM

Upon thinking about it, and looking at your transaction history. i have files a dispute with Paypal.
I will cancel it when and If I receive either my Cards or money.

While I wouldn't have chosen that option yet, it has been 2 weeks (or longer) since you received payment. So, you should understand why Daze_fan is getting worried about this transaction.

In addition, this just helps to show you the amount of frustration that you cause with your overall "do it when you get around to it" approach to providing updates and shipping cards. Eventually, others start to decide that they've been patient and understanding enough. wink.gif

-Bob

Posted by: Daze_fan Mar 9 2008, 05:56 PM

I looked a your transaction history, and read some of the problems in those threads that you had, and had to be reminded of in your impatients to others.
You as a seller on ebay know, had this been a ebay transaction and not received payment yet would have filed reminders and a non-payment claim well before this.
It should not take more than 10-12 days to get the card to me since your not that far away.
I apologize for doing so, but what other course could I have taken?
wait more?
I had no complaint over the extra charges that kept getting added to the transaction at the time we agreed, Yet Even though I was to send it via mail, I did use paypal, and you wanted even more then to cover fees.
Which were well over what you got charged for accepting the paypal payment, and i had no problem with at the time.
75 cents on a 5.50 purchase is a little high considering the 45.00 payment I received before sending you the payment only cost me about 1.50.

Like I stated. I will cancel the claim once I recieve the cards or money back. I only did this upon checking your transaction history, which I should have done prior to agreeing to any deal with you.

bob,

i recieved his cards returned back to me from ilinois. it coverd his name and addy with a paper saying additional postage required. when i sent it i sent it from the post office so i dont no why its needs more postage. i can prove this by showing a scan. i will resend it tommarow. this is not my fault in any way.

Posted by: Daze_fan Mar 11 2008, 06:33 PM

I'd like to see a scan of it.

Posted by: lebrontothemax Mar 11 2008, 06:40 PM

i resent it today. u will see the original postmarks when u get it

Posted by: Daze_fan Mar 11 2008, 06:50 PM

Quite funny that you cannot send me a scan now.
man, I'm not trying to start anything here, but your transaction record is rediculous. It amazes me that Bob or the other team members have yet to place a restriction on you.
It's also funny that it took so long to get back to you if you did send on the day you stated. You also must have the most unintellegent post office employees in the U.S.

Posted by: lebrontothemax Mar 11 2008, 06:58 PM

i cant send the scan because i sent it already before u finnaly said yes

Posted by: Daze_fan Mar 11 2008, 07:09 PM

Funny that you never tried to contact me that you got it back, but listed it here. I'm sure Bob want to know whats going on with this, but I'm the one you sold too, Not him, maybe informing me via pm or email would have been nice?
It's too bad you did send again. I'd rather have my 6.25 back at this time.
Oh well, these cards better knock me on my Rear when I see them.
I will be checking them very closely.

Posted by: lebrontothemax Mar 11 2008, 07:11 PM

this is ou TRANSACTION thread its were UPDATES go

Posted by: Daze_fan Mar 11 2008, 07:13 PM

Dont type in caps to yell at me. I am aware of what this is. You need to get a hold of your deals, you obviously cant handle that many at once.
It will be a pleasure to recieve these cards so I will never have to deal with you again.

Posted by: lebrontothemax Mar 11 2008, 07:26 PM

its ur post office that accually sent the stuff back to me so dont blame mine

Posted by: Daze_fan Mar 11 2008, 07:39 PM

Well, your PO obviously put the wrong postage, or you did?

Posted by: lebrontothemax Mar 12 2008, 01:39 PM

they did

Posted by: Daze_fan Mar 12 2008, 02:03 PM

Nothing Today.

Posted by: lebrontothemax Mar 12 2008, 03:23 PM

obviously u got nothing today if i resent it yesterday

Posted by: Daze_fan Mar 16 2008, 05:31 PM

I have received the cards. ( Showed up yesterday)
**** Terrible packaging****
Also Lied about original date sent, Original USPS label states March 4th Not the 26th or 27th like he said , then again March 11th. So thats why you received it back so fast to resend

Details...
Plain white envelope
Only one of the three cards were in a top loader
The card in the top loader (Werth) has imprints/indents on the front and back, damaged corners on the back.
The Zach Day has corner damage and Indents on the front,
The Morancey has a imprint that runs the entire right edge of the card
(may be factory imprint from packaging)

Terrible seller. Would never consider dealing with again.

Posted by: lebrontothemax Mar 16 2008, 06:25 PM

i sent on the 27th orig. theres like 7 postmarks on it

Posted by: Daze_fan Mar 16 2008, 06:33 PM

So you actually sent it 3 times then? Your story changes every other day.

The only postmarks I can make out are March 4th, March 7th and March 11th. so thats actually 3 times plus the supposed one of the 27th you state. There is not oe Feb postmaek i can read on the envelope.
Thats besides the point,
Plain white envelope? No top loaders? Damaged cards? For what you ripped me off on for shipping and your bogus paypal fee's the packaging should have been immaculate.

You also stated that there was a label covering my Addy and name , that is not present. and if it was originally, you could have easily scanned and shown that when I asked instead of telling me it's too late.

Your a liar and a terrible trader/seller.

Where is the thing that covered my name stating needs more postage? You could have scanned that, and still can if you have it, as it is no-where on this...

Posted by: lebrontothemax Mar 17 2008, 01:33 PM

it was a taped paper over ur name saying more postage required

Posted by: lebrontothemax Mar 17 2008, 01:35 PM

do u see the march 11th postmark?
under it u can sort of see were it says non machinable. part of the non machinable is gone because i had to rip off the paper covering your name

Posted by: Daze_fan Mar 17 2008, 03:31 PM

Does'nt answer my other concern of why only one card was in a top loader, and you used a PWE to send to me?
Plus the fact you could have scanned and shown the more postage thing
when I asked for a scan.
I just hope others dont have to receive there card(s) like I did.

This trade is finished I hope you use more caution in the future.

I was hoping that I wouldn't have to state the obvious, but I guess I do...

If the other member received damaged cards, don't you think it would be appropriate to offer replacement cards? That would also provide you with the opportunity to show that you can actually ship cards using proper methods and in a timely fashion.

Just a suggestion...

At this time, your account is restricted to Current Transactions Only.

Time and time again, you have shown a complete inability to accept responsibility for various issues related to your transactions, including: lack of attention to detail when creating transactions, lack of timely updates to transactions, lack of timely shipping, lack of appropriate shipping methods and more. Coupling all of that with your dismissive attitude towards the damaged cards involved in this transaction and your desire to make every single issue be someone else's fault, it has become extremely clear that you're currently not capable of being involved with collector-to-collector transactions here at TCC.

Moving forward, your handling of this particular transaction as well as your other pending transactions will determine how we proceed.

What's it going to take for you to get the message? 3 minutes ago, you post a reply looking to resolve the issue. Now, you post a reply looking to excuse your actions away again.

Let me make this very, very clear...

Learn to be responsible and to accept responsibility or lose your access to TCC permanently.

Is that clear enough?

-Bob

P.S. If member accounts related to the other issue that we've been discussing via PM suddenly start to become more active, I will place similar restrictions on those accounts as well.

Posted by: lebrontothemax Mar 17 2008, 05:07 PM

ok dazefan wut would u like in return of the damaged cards?

also, i nicely ask if u can scan the cards for me

thanks i appreciate it

Posted by: Daze_fan Mar 19 2008, 02:46 PM

I want nothing from you. As far as I'm concerned this can be closed.
( Bob, Thank you for your assistance).
I'm not going to waste my time haggling with you about anything else. This has taken too long and I have better things to do.
Had I checked your Transaction history before agreeing to this deal, I would have passed. One thing... you lied again about the packaging.. No protection was in the envelope, just two cards in pennysleeves taped to the one in the top loader, No cardboard or bubble material, must have been someone elses package your thinking about.

Here are scans of the two BB cards. ( I have since traded the Morency)
The marks are had to see, and this is not the best scan:

they both look great

Posted by: Daze_fan Mar 20 2008, 02:20 PM

Both corners on right side of the Day are dinged, the top left is damaged to where it is seperating, the surface of the day has at least 3 gouges on it, to the top and left of the swatch piece is a indent about a 1/4 inch long, and it has other marks like that, two on the red just under his right arm, that are about 1/8 " long , and the back has 4 small dings on the surface under the "Certificate" . On the Werth, if you look at the bottom left between the first 2 stars you'll see a gouge and there is another on his left sleeve. there is another to the left of the Dodgers logo. The back has two gouges through the stats, and many surface scratches.
Almost every corner has touches of white on them on both sides of both of the cards.

But they look great to you? Sorry my scan is not the best and does not show them in detail, but why would I make this up about $6 worth of cards?
I waste more than that everyday in regular life.

bob please close

Posted by: Daze_fan Mar 21 2008, 07:10 PM

Yes, please close. I'm not going to pay to send the cards back to him, and am Not going to wait for any other compensation for this as I'd rather end this and cut my losses.

Like stated before, It's my fault for not checking ref's or transaction history with this member in the first place.

Posted by: lebrontothemax Mar 21 2008, 07:40 PM

bob,

if u decide to make this failed please make it due to niether of us because i tried to help.

Posted by: Daze_fan Mar 21 2008, 08:16 PM

Why would this be failed? I agree to take the crap you sent me and receive no compensation for your lack of concern over how to properly package, evaluate condition and mail in a timely maner.

If it is failed, it is your fault. You lied about condition, when you sent, and have tried to make this everyone else's problem just like most of your other transactions.
Like I said, why should I waste more money to send anything back to you, or waste any more of my time with you about anything else pertaining to this deal?
This is the last I will say on the thread, Fail it, close it, I'm to the point I do not care anymore.

While I'm not able to see all of the condition issues that Daze_fan listed (scans don't always show things clearly), I can certainly see some white spots on some of the corners. So, again, your response tends to point out that you may not be learning much of anything as we work through this entire restriction process.

Furthermore, your slow shipping and poor shipping methods are only going to cause members to take an even closer look at the cards they receive. In other words, members are likely to be more understanding about some of the condition issues commonly found on many of today's cards if they believe you were responsible with all other aspects of the transaction. wink.gif

Since lebrontothemax received payment of $6.25 ($5.50 listed originally plus additional $0.75 requested to cover PayPal fees) and Daze_fan is accepting the cards that he received, this transaction is now closed as complete.

Rather than repeat many of my previous comments contained within this transaction, I'll simply state that it's obvious that there have been and continue to be overall concerns related to lebronthemax's transactions - resulting in the restriction placed on his account. Those concerns extended beyond this transaction and will be addressed as we move forward.
