Terry Labonte. I'll never forget being at Bristol and Dale Sr intentionally wrecking him after Terry had a pit stop on one of the last laps to win the race. He had just got fresh tires so he was goin real quick and would have won the race. I was watching ESPN when we got back and they were trying to interview him in the garage and Terry kept his cool and said something like, Thats just Dale being Dale. My father says to me, "they don't call him the ice man for nothin." I would have killed him. I gained a lot of respect for him that day. I was a huge Dale Sr fan, but that all changed.
I collect Peyton Manning, Justin Verlander, Joel Zumaya, Chad Pennington, Evan Longoria, Robert Meacham, Jonathan Papelbon, and Todd Helton.

My two would have to be Bobby Labonte and "Tiger" Tom Pistone. When I was 5, my family and I were at what was then called Sears Point (now Infineon) watching the race, after it was over, we snuck down into the pit area and took some pit tape from bobby's pit stall (which i put on every wheel in every new race car that drive in) and went to where the haullers where parked and got every single one of his crew members to sign my Bobby hat. Then we started heading back to the car. I told my dad that only thing better that could happen was if I got to get Bobby's autograph and talk to him. Sure enough, we walked past the helicopter pad where the drivers catch a helicopter to go to the San Fran airport, and guess who was standing there, Bobby Labonte. I ran as fast as I could to get his attention. When I got up to him, I sked him for his autograph on my hat and he gladly signed it. I told him that he drove a great race and that I hope he wins the championship. (he won the championship the next year) Then he said thank you and I hope I won it too. Then we kinda got talking and after 20 minutes and missed helicopter he gained all of my respect and I will forever be a huge fan. I even use his number on my Late Model and Legend cars. "Tiger" Tom Pistone is another one of my favorite drivers beacuse he helps me out with the setups and such on my Legend Car and Late Model. He used to race in Nascar back in the 50's and 60's. He won a handful of races. He is an awsome guy and I talk to him almost every day, I even help him out sometimes at this shop. He is 80 years but he still has the energy of a 30 year old. He always comes to the track and helps my dad and our crew with the cars. He is a neat guy and does a lot for us. He may have a foul mouth but he always speak the truth.

I'd go with Darrell Waltrip, he was aggressive and liked bending the rules, especially when the rules went in his direction. Like Michael, just wondering if he has "fire" to win, probably a better owner. Dale Sr., Petty, Allison, Roberts - when the cars they drove were on the streets (with a little modification, of course)
Collect mostly NASCAR - Michael and Darrel Waltrip, but have eclectic tastes - Derek Jeter, David Wright, Jose Reyes and Jose Martinez rookies. Brooklyn Dodgers - Snyder, Reese, Campanella. Make a trade offer if you have any of the above - Year and card #, with your wants - I'll see what I have.
