Since the e-mail account associated with my previous page has been hacked, I am unable to update that page. Since I recently relocated to a new spot I thought I would start over from scratch and design a new Facebook page for my shop. Please feel free to check it out and "Like" it The page is still new and doesn't have much on it. I plan on adding more photos this weekend. Also follow us on Twitter at @hlsportscards.

I sold in on eBay for him via consignment after he pulled it. We had in on there the week that AP broke the single game rushing record. It sold for $565.00 !!! That pull was featured in an issue of Beckett as well.

I have continued to use my shop's new Facebook page to post industry news, a few thoughts of my own, and of course photos of customer pack pulls. Check it out and "Like" it. If I get 30 "Likes" I get some free advertising.

Jealous of the Harper pull. There is no way I'm paying $200+ for a card though. Maybe if I was a billionaire and didn't need to do anything for money I might.

I tweeted and posted on my Facebook page yesterday about some last pack mojo that happened to me at my shop. We had 1 pack of 2011 Topps WWE cards left in the box. It had sat in the box for a few weeks receiving no love or attention from any customers. You see, generally folks loathe the last pack in the box. They will not buy it. I usually try to bundle the last pack or two into a deal for someone when they are buying packs so I don't get stuck with the dreaded last pack in the box. Somehow it happened. There that lonely pack sat staring at me. I was bored. I didn't plan to re-stock that product since a new WWE product will be coming out soon so I decided to bust the pack and sell the base cards (wrestling base from newer products sell pretty well for me). So I opened the pack and boom!..........a John Cena Autograph !!! $100 BV. Not too shabby. Let this be a lesson to you all......NEVER leave the last pack.

If you get any of those scratch and sniff cards in for Edgerrin James or any of those fake autos I would be all over them, as long as I haven't smelled that exact one already in my collection.


But on a real note I am looking for really rare stuff for him if you know of anything your customers might have? My PM always works if you stubble a crossed something.
