I sent you a message via yahoo messenger. Still haven't received the cards from the ebay sale. A lot of people have been unhappy with this guy in the past week. I sent him an e-mail and he said he just shipped the cards but would refund my money. So....wait for the cards????? If they show, we can just split them and I'll refund the $43 minus whatever it costs to send you the cards....or I can just refund the $43. Your call, man. Sucks this may not work out. Regardless, our investment is safe and we'll get it worked out one way or another.

Based on msw's post it sounds like he refunded Johnny's payment is that correct?

Johnny and I had agreed to split an ebay lot. Johnny sent me payment for $43. The ebay transaction was bad and the seller refunded the money. John and I changed this so we wouldn't have to close it as a failed sale since neither of us hold liability for it being so. He is, now, selling me a lot for $35 + I am refunding his $43. Hence, I sent him a payment of $78.
