For me at the moment.....nothing. Waiting to get a new Stephen King book after I hit Wal-Mart later on today - great author. Dunno where his ideas originate, lol.

I love Roland and The Dark Tower Stuff...just finishing The Wasted Lands...I got a lot of catching up to do

I love Roland and The Dark Tower Stuff...just finishing The Wasted Lands...I got a lot of catching up to do 

Oh yes, the Dark Tower. My favorite series other than the LOTR. One note - the ending (of the entire series - book seven) is a little weird. Not expecting the ending to it.

Just finished 'The Girl who Loved Tom Gordon'. One of the best I've read done by Stephen King. Not much profanity, and involved a girl gaining trust in God to get through a literal near-death adventure.

Wow, you liked it that much? For me the ending was too much like Little Red Riding Hood and the resolution came totally out of left field.

Now....what to read next? Only SK at Wally World I haven't read are 'Carrie' and 'Gerald's Game'.

I haven't read those either.

The Dark Half
The Shining (WAY better than Kubrick's movie!!)

Read the Dark Half right before reading Gordon. Good novel.

The Stand (even though I didn't read the entire thing) and The Dark Tower - the best.

The Stand is really good but also about 400 pages longer than it needs to be, it took me almost 6 months to read it. I'm a slow reader, that's why I haven't touched the Dark Tower series because once I read the first I'll need to read them all, it'll take me 2 years!
