This is unacceptable. It is not okay to send different cards than the ones agreed upon without confirming with the other trader first. Decent cards or not, it was not what was agreed upon.

I bring u to the last couple lines of the TA instructions:

It is your responsibility to trade wisely and to keep your end of all agreements.

If problems occur with any trade, a TCC team member may become involved in order to resolve the dispute. Any collector who does not complete trades as agreed upon risks being removed from the TCC Collector Zone.

Honestly, I'm not sure that this situation and that one compare directly. In the other one, he never received anything from the other member after about 6 weeks. I'm dealing with that one as well though.

Now, about this one...

What exactly are the 2 cards that you no longer have? Once I know that, I can propose a solution. However, it's already very clear that a number of things were done here that never should be done...

1. Don't enter into an agreement if you haven't already verified that you have the cards that are part of the agreement.

2. Always communicate any changes to the details of the agreement as soon as you realize changes are necessary.

3. Never trade or sell cards that you have obtained from another member until you see that the other member has received what you sent and is satisfied. Only then is the transaction complete and the cards are truly yours.

Bob-I got the 06 Topps Chrome Jay Cutler RC-he didn't have the 05 Leaf Limited Brandon Jacobs ($10) and sent 4 cards totaling ($12) in it's place of which I already have 3 or 4 of each of the ones he sent me.
