i started building my site around mid-January. why that time? well because it was a week before the cubs convention and a couple weeks before the soxfest in illinois and instead of having 1 convenient place to go, it was frustrating for me to have to search every single time for schedules/times/ticket information/etc.
so,
www.fanfestconvention.com is born.
basically what this site will do is give the fans a convenient site to access regarding the fan's favorite team's upcoming fanfests, conventions, and team gatherings. many of you attend these "pre-season celebrations" and believe it or not, most teams have some sort of team event. when you search for this information, it's very difficult to get the information you want so that's what i want my site to bring you, convenience and accessibility.
right now the major league baseball portion of it is complete. next up is the nfl and nba (no particular order) for a complete date of early february.
