Collector Zone _ Football Group Box Break Marketplace _ Group Box Break Marketplace Forum - Rules

Posted by: road_runner_1964 Nov 16 2010, 09:31 PM

In an effort to improve the group break experience for all members, the CZT has developed the ground rules for group breaks on TCC. Failure to follow or adhere to these policies will result in restrictions on your account. Please take the time to read and understand them thoroughly. Ignorance will not be an acceptable excuse for not following these policies. These rules are not negotiable. Feel free to PM me if you need clarification.

Group Box Break Marketplace Rules

For individuals hosting their first break, that break be considered active until ALL transactions created for the break have been successfully completed.

Until 5 successful group breaks are completed, a member may only have one group break open at a time. Creation of more than one will result in all breaks by this member being deleted.

Less than a 50% success rate of filling and completing breaks you will only be approved to hold one active break in total.

No more than 2 active breaks at a time in a particular forum and no more than 3 active breaks in total. Unless approved by the CZT. These approvals will be based on past reputation and experience demonstrated on the site.

Transactions must be created once all the slots in the break are filled or when the goal has been met in auction style breaks.

Active breaks are considered active until product is busted, mailed and all transactions created. Until all three of those requirements are met, it is still considered active.

Transactions MUST be created once a break is deemed to be full and funds are getting collected. If an auction break, once the "goal" has been met, transactions need created. When there is a deadline for payment, then on that day, transactions must be created.

Any unfilled group break must be kept open for at least four weeks, allowing it sufficient time to either fill or not fill. Once these four weeks have passed, it can be requested that the break be deleted/closed by a moderator, so that a new break can be opened by said member.

Excessive bumping of break by creator will result in break being deleted.

All breaks will be approved by CZT. Upon posting a new group break in the corresponding forum, it will be automatically set to invisible and an email notification sent to road_runner_1964 for approval (do not send multiple PMs if you haven't been answered in 2 hours). Please do not create multiple topics, because you don't see it. Breaks will be approved with 24-48 hours.

You no longer need to send a PM to the team for approval. It is automatic.

CZT approval is for authorizing a group break to be held, the outcome of the break is the responsibility of the creator of the break.

No ASKING for PayPal gift payments
Asking for PayPal Gift payments will result in suspensions.

All freebies or other items that are received as a result of items purchased for the break, that is from the collection of funds by the break members, must be included in that group break.

DO NOT send PM or emails SPAMMING your breaks. You break will be closed immediately if reported and your ability to host breaks will be in jeopardy.

We hope that these rules make your group break experience more enjoyable and successful.

We reserve the right to modify or add to these guidelines as needed.

Near future update notice:

We are in the close stages of implementing an topic approval notice feature. This feature will email the Forum team member for all new threads posted in the Group Break Marketplace Forums for approval.

Your thread will not be viewable, until approved by the corresponding team member. This will minimize the additional effort on your part. You won't have to PM the corresponding team member, once this feature is implemented.
