it's not a big deal bob i can sent tommrow but i was wanting to get the cards first since he is geting a good deal and more in vaule from me in trade but i can sent out but was just wanting to wait but if he wants me to sent out i can or if he wants me to wait i can to we really did not talk about who sents first

When it's not discussed, the other member will almost always assume that it's being sent at the same time. If you're going to want to use the wait and send method, you need to communicate that up front.
