I paid for a Larry Fitzgerald Contenders Autograph. The SP /50 one. I received the package which was sent sig confirmation. I open it and there is a Larry Fitzgerald Press Pass Autograph. Sweet........

Ouch! Was this an Ebay purchase? Definitely file an item not as described paypal claim immediately. Also, get on the phone with Ebay/paypal as soon as possible.

scan the package it came in, then the card and keep it in a folder for eveidence, It's not much, but better then nothing.
E-mail the seller, and ask whats up also. if you do not get a timely response, they purposlyscrewed ya and it was'nt just a mistake. If they claim your full of it or dont respond then file the claim. dont wait to long though

Because the seller has no proof the buyer is lying.

Buyers can technically say that they received a damaged card when in reality they did not. As long as the buyer sends it back with DC, paypal will rule in the buyer's favor.

Flawed system as one could easily scam, but I guess that's a matter of honor. Still, they should have a better policy in tact, especially when dealing with hundreds and thousands of dollars.

I am always a little paranoid about things so sometimes I actually video myself sealing up cards to be sent off. I know there is a lot of scams that go on on e-bay but I really believe it is a rare occurence overall.

wow tough luck, but the dealer also may have put the press pass in as a mistake so i would contact him to and see if he is willing to correct what he did.
