okay bob! need help with this.. he wont send my cards back.. He sent me a damage card (jerry rice). has 2 bad bad corners.. in the scan it does not show that becuase he didnt do the full card. Im talking with him now and he wont send it back argueing saying that he wont send my cards back BECUASE ITS NOT FAIR!! Its not my fault he sent a damage card.. I would just like m cards back and get this over today. Im sorry it came to this.. thanks

I have yet to receive his the rice was mint condition when i sent out even sent him a scan showing the card in mint condition. I have 67 Transactions i'm not trying to rip anyone off. And i don't want to receive a card back that is damaged when i never sent it damaged.

never accused you of ripping me off.. i was trying to make this a easy trade. and i wish the rice was mint like you said but the scan show nothing about the corners. lets just wait and see bob says. And the scan doesnt show anything about the corners becuase you cut the corners out.

Its just weird to me that murph got a national treasure card in mine and his deal that came from the same box mint condition, the dual auto that kobe got as in mint but the most expensive card the rice is damaged.

Well, the card clearly has condition issues on the top left and bottom left corners. So, it's understandable that kobelover_24 would not be satisfied with the card in that condition.
At this point, are you both able to work out some type of resolution that doesn't involve returning all of the cards involved in this trade?

Sorry my computer went down last night. I do not see how it is fair though that the card when i sent it was not in that condition. How am i to know that he did not drop it upon opening the package. I do see that it is damaged and apologeize for that. But when i sent it was not damaged.

I still have the package and the only tome i opened it when i took a picture. plastic holder has no damage same with the bubble mailer.. i just dont droped $200 card. im very disappointed i really wanted that card. but i cant stand people sending me damage cards.! i would like my 2 cards back UNTAMPERED! bob i even offered him another trade where he would get the better end of the deal trying to resolve the problem but he said no to it. I won't be back on till tonight i have work all day hopefully you can come up with an answer for both of us. Thanks

Hi Bob, this is Brandons dad. My name is Jim. I over see everything Brandon buys, sells and trades. I also put the cards in double bubble mailers and mail them myself. I do make notes of everything we trade, along with saving addresses until the deals are finalized. I did send biggio57 a Matt Ryan and Reggie Bush. There was no mistake made. This guy sent us a card with bad corners and now he making up stories so he does not have to return it to us. He would not even talk to us when we first told him about the bad corners. We asked him to send our cards back to us. He should of done so without opening our cards to him. I hope you can help us resolve this. With all our trades and sells, we have never had a problem until we told him about the bad corners, Jim Neubauer

As you can see, we're working to establish facts about this matter. Along those lines, did you mail this package using any type of tracking service? If so, please provide the related tracking number.
In addition, I'd also suggest that you might want to create your own account. For obvious reasons, we prefer to not have multiple individuals using the same account.

Thanks for providing all of the information, guys. The "picture" is clearer now.
At this point, I need to step away from this for a few hours. Later tonight, I'll proceed with a quick review of the data again as well as a review of the overall transaction history for both members.
Look for guidance on this matter late tonight or tomorrow morning - unless, of course, you're both able to work together to resolve this on your own between now and then.

dual auto is $100 and the reggie bush $150. As i was told the dual was $150-200. But we didnt know. i would like to get all my cards back and get this done with. lmk

Sorry had to restate this it made no since. The BVS are totally correct. Here is what we agreed upon though. The Rice for the Xfractor Ryan. We both didn't know the value of the Dual i asked if $150-200 sounded fair he agreed. So i said i would take the bush for the dual.

Once my wife and son are asleep tonight, I'll spend time working through this further. That way, we can have a "go forward plan" in place before tomorrow ends and packages can be mailed on Monday.
Again, both members are certainly free to work out a resolution on their own - without my involvement.

Thanks for the update, guys. I'm glad to see that you were able to work together to find a resolution to the initial issues involved in this transaction.
