This is what the DC says on the package. I have never seen this before, Richard, but I think it means you need to go up to the PO and pick up your package.

My Distribution Post Office has returned the package to the sender.
This has been here since the 6th of March. I received this . . .

Office in time to retrieve the package.

Jeremy, I apologize for this. Just send this with April's cards and I'll
pay for the extra shipping and send some supplies for the hassle.

I checked the DC and they last updated it today saying they were returning it to me. So, they didn't manage to get around to actually sending it back until a week after they decided not to let you pick it up anymore.
