Many of you know, some do not, that I am a set collector. Nothing more, nothing less . . .
Many of you know that I tend to take the title of set collector a bit too seriouslly . . .
Most of you know that the 2010 release of Allen & Ginter has been out for quite some time . . .
A great deal of you know that I have collected this rather "Hard" since its inception in 2006 . . .
The quest just got quite a bit grander!
This set was released in late June of 2010 and, to say the least, I got a late start on it.
Late starts don't necessary mean bad starts . . .
I know that more than a few collect this set "ugly" but I have yet to see any scans of this fine set.
I'll cure that, right now!
Let's start with the Box Toppers, one per Hobby Box - either a Cabinet Card or a N-43 replica.
The Cabinet Cards measure 5 3/4" wide by 8" tall, very tough for collectors to display these cards in a protected way . . .
Still need Number 3 and 4
Here are the N-43's
That's all the photos that one post can take . . .
more coming up!

How about some of the "funkier stuff."
bigalexx pulled the Guzman Cloth card at the National show in Baltimore.
I still have mega-scanning to do and even more collecting. If the Allen & Ginter set has taught me anything, it is this . . .
This set is a marathon, not a sprint!
I intend to enjoy it thoroughly.

All of this came in an unexpected package yesterday from Bob (road_runner_1994). This is not the first time that I have been the recipient of Mr. DePouw's generosity.
It is appreciated and will be reciprocated.
Got this in yesterday, as well . . .
A redemption that was sent in about a week and half ago. The Dale Davis redemption will take quite a while longer it seems.
