You're right. Brian (northicehero99) - a TCC Team member, a member that has currently completed 650 transactions (highest on this site) and a member that paid you within a very short period of time after this sale was posted - has probably received what you sent (in a plain white envelope) and is just saying that he didn't receive the card. Why? Because he decided that his position on the TCC Team and his reputation isn't worth the small amount of money that he sent you via PayPal for a Doug Flutie GU card. rolleyes.gif

Are you really that certain that you wish to proceed in this direction? So, let's try this one more time...

Would you like to issue a refund or send a replacement card (using a DC number) in order to resolve this matter?
