QUOTE(quik59sat @ Oct 12 2011, 02:14 PM) Hey Joe, I don't want to get anyone's hopes up but I think blowout release dates are one week after the hobby release date. I don't understand it, but this is what their website says on the Absolute release: Please Note: This product is part of the Panini MAPP Program. Blowout Cards is a Panini Authorized Internet Retailer (AIR). Within the program, Panini has implemented two separate Release Dates. The Hobby Release Date is Oct 19, 2011. The AIR Release Date is Oct 26, 2011 which is when all Panini Authorized Internet Retail orders for this product through Blowout Cards will ship. Yes, it has to do with new procedures Panini announced at this year's Nationals. Basically, there are only a handful of online sites that are "official" resellers of Panini products...Blowout is included in this group. These are the sites that can deal directly with Panini and re-sell the products. In addition, hobby shops get a one-week headstart on any Panini product when it is first released, so the online resellers will always be a week behind. Since Chris orders most (if not all) of the group's cases online, our release date will always be a week behind the hobby release if it is from Panini. Have I ever mentioned I can't stand Panini?
