Collector Zone _ Pack Pulls _ Upper Deck stands by it's product and customers

I am not sure I am in the right place for this one but here goes I had an issue with a box I had purchased of SP Authentic football and got in touch with upper deck .....I have to say they had went out of their way.....here is what they had sent along with a few lose packs .....

They really went out of their way in my opinion ......

Wow, a few more and they would have probably sent you every card in the factory. That is way more than I would have expected.

@northicehero99....I was shocked when I received the package......Upper Deck has always been super fantastic with any issues I had .....their customer service has always been 100 + %.....figure it is time for me to give back a little I will work on a few pieces to send them it has been quite some time since I had sent them anything which has always been a plus for me...

Always nice to hear of a positive experience with customer service. Thanks for sharing! Let me know if you want to move the Ducks auto, a friend of my 5th grade daughter likes them.
