Sooooo......
Upon receiving the first shipment, cards on the end of the box he used were damaged, most likely when the box was dropped by the USPS because nothing was done to protect the outside of the box.
Today I receive my exchange cards.
27 cards, in a REGULAR yellow envelope and in a team bag with no outside protection. Guess what? Every one of them has a damaged upper right corner.
I have had it! The shipping by some members on this site is deplorable and without any kind of a rating or system to discipline members who do not ship correctly, it is only going to get worse.

I don't want more cards from this guy. I paid 10 cents per card I want a $2.70 refund (not a payment where I have to pay the fees) but a transaction refund.

. Every card is either bent or wrinkled. Upper right hand corner. Through the logo on the middle one. The one on the left is a longer crease. Crease on the one on the right didn't show up well.

I'll be happy to send them back if he provides $2 to cover return packing and postage. His shipping method is a violation of the terms of doing business with me as outlined in my signature.
I spend hundreds of dollars a month on this site and all I ask in return is to actually get what I pay for in a reasonable amount of time and in the condition that it is supposed to be which means, packed well.
There is ZERO excuse for the amount of lousy shipping I see here.

I'm sorry that the cards arrived damaged. I have no problem giving a 2.70 refund.to settle this problem

Thanks guys for working through this issue.

Cardguy08 please use this transaction as a learning tool as to how to ship. A little bit of added protection sometimes goes a long way. Unfortunately postal workers treat these packages like bricks being tossed around in a construction worksite. When you are packaging cards for shipping putting toploaders or decoys on both sides of the stack of cards will go a long way torwards protecting the cards. In addition, I usually take an old bubble mailer and cut it up and wrap it around the team bag for extra protection before putting it in a bubble mailer. It might add $0.17 extra in postage, but it is worth not having to return/replace cards or issue a refund. My number 1 rule when sending is to make sure the cards are packaged in a way that is acceptable to me if I were receiving the cards in a trade. We will be monitoring future trades for similar issues and if necessary restrictions will be placed on your account. Thanks.
